This home features one of the largest condo floorplans at the Ranch making it the perfect home base for a family vacation, friends getaway, fishing retreat, or adventurous vacation! The living space, featuring beautiful golf course views, vintage decor, knotty pine woodwork, and a wood burning stove, is a welcoming retreat after a long day exploring the Roaring Fork Valley. A well-equipped kitchen provides everything necessary for baking, slow cooking, grilling, creating and serving full family meals! Rustic alder cabinets and granite countertops lend a warm ambiance to the space that opens up to breakfast bar seating for 3 and a pine dining table with settings for 6. In the warmer months, choose to dine outdoors on the secluded stone slab porch with beautifully manicured landscape views, and in the cooler evenings, enjoy a glass of wine around the patio fire pit.  Each bedroom boasts a plush queen bed with its own private en suite bathroom, offering beautiful views and ensuring guest privacy. The master bedroom overlooks the stunning golf course landscaping, while the second bedroom provides views of the iconic Mt. Sopris. The 3rd floor loft, specifically designed to accommodate children, features a cozy sleeping area with two twin beds. Each bedroom is thoughtfully spaced and equipped with its own thermostat for personalized comfort during the winter months. Parking is conveniently positioned in front of the condo, and an outdoor shed is fully dedicated for guest use. Whole Foods, quaint shops and a variety of stores are a short drive away. If you prefer to treat yourself to a night out, take your pick from numerous excellent nearby restaurants in the Roaring Fork Valley. Travel Protection: We HIGHLY recommend purchasing our trip cancellation insurance as there are NO REFUNDS if canceled within 14 days of arrival, regardless of the reason (including illness, flight delays, weather, road conditions, etc.). Though this home doesn't have air conditioning, it has fans for your use. The loft sleeping area can become very hot in the summer. In order to complete your reservation a lease must be signed and returned within days of booking. Only fly fishing is permitted in all waterways at The Ranch. In order to fish at The Ranch, a Fly Fishing Guide Registration form must be completed and returned to the office. 2 Fly Fishing badges are included in your stay. Parking is for passenger vehicles only, no commercial vehicles or large pick up trucks. Park up to 2 cars in tandem in carport. There are 6 EV chargers in the parking lot near the sports courts. RVs, trailers, OHVs, dirt bikes, and boats are strictly prohibited from the property. If this rule is violated, a fine will be assessed. There is no mail delivery to this unit. If you need mail delivered please have it sent to the Carbondale post office. The loft sleeping area skylight is equipped with a shade, but may reach warmer temperatures in the summer months that some guests may not be comfortable with. The third bedroom on the second level does not have a window. If you have a large group, please contact us so that we can help you find accommodations for everyone since we manage several properties at the Ranch at the Roaring Fork. Included in the price of your rental is an Administrative Fee for $59. This is required protection insurance provided by Waivo for up to $2500 in accidental damage. Wonderful property except for the bugs. We loved this property and would stay here again. The only drawback during our stay was the bug infestation. We had bugs on the kitchen counters, walls, bathrooms, and even on the kids in their beds. We like that each bedroom had it's own bathroom, that there was a grill and outdoor dining area, nice neighborhood, close proximity to Glenwood Hotsprings pool, and proximity to the golf course. It was obvious the owners have gone above and beyond to provide everything a person could possibly need during their stay. Many nice little touches and a very homey feel.

We Live staying Here! We love this beautiful townhome just outside of Carbondale! It’s an easy 30 minutes from the Rodeo parking lot for Snowmass and 10minutes from Old Town Carbondale. This unit is updated and so well -stocked. The pride of ownership shows, right down to the little bowls of rocks scattered around the house, and the gnomes perched atop cabinets. This was our 2nd time staying here and we hope to come back every year.

Clean and cozy This condo is clean and cozy. The kitchen is well stocked and we appreciated the labeled drawers and cabinets. The location was perfect for our ski getaway. We’d rent this condo again.

Thoughtful touches This property was full of thoughtful touches. It was well stocked and very cozy. My friends and I enjoyed staying here, as it gave us easy access to several resorts on our ski trip. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice place The owners have thought about every detail in this place, a wide variety of kitchen appliances, spices, dishwasher soap etc. it is all in there what you usually have to buy. That makes it all much easier. The townhouse is nicely furnished and very comfortable. Location is great ! Only the 3rd bedroom has no window.

Great Space and Great Value Condo/Townhouse was very spacious. We were only 2 that stayed, but there was room for at least 2 more people with two additional sleeping spaces.Didn't hear any neighbors next door, so it was a peaceful stay.Lots provided in the kitchen (spices, cooking oil, etc).Covered parking was very welcome as it snowed often the week we stayed and didn't have to clean the car off in the morning.Highly recommended and would stay here again on subsequent trips to snowboard in Aspen.
