Ich liebe dieses Hotel! Mein Freund und ich waren super glücklich mit dem Service, das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett war komfortabel. Das Front Desk Personal war ausgezeichnet, vor allem Mirka, die uns das Gefühl extra willkommen!! Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr und kann nicht warten, bis ich zurück bin!

The booking at Days Inn Garden Grove was most dissatisfying. I had difficulty finding the location and reached out to the hotel. The representative was extremely rude on the phone indicating there was no medical center nearby and he had a customer in front of him saying, ”you need to hold on.” Essentially, the customer who had just arrived was more important than me, who was lost on the phone. Turns out, the medical complex I was in was directly next to the Days Inn (Harbor Inn) motel. Upon arrival and check in, I realized the door was broken and wouldn't shut all the way. There was also a very strong cleaning/chemical smell that was truly overpowering. It smelled like a strong carpet powder had been spread all over the room. Lastly, there was very little water pressure and the towels were all very tiny, as if for small children. With these items in mind, and with the ironing board propped up under the handle of the door for safety, I attempted to sleep and checked out in the morning, an early checkout from my 4 night scheduled stay. The manager was unavailable and the same representative told me the manager would call me regarding a refund for the early check out. I had checked in around 9pm and checked out before 9am the next day. I was charged a full 4 nights' stay PLUS a deposit and never heard back from the manager. I had to send an email through the app and received a short response of ”Hi, we are sorry to let you know but the reservation was non refundable and non cancellation anytime.” I called back and asked to speak to the manager and was told by a representative that because I was offered another room, I cannot receive a refund. I left my phone number again and emailed again asking that a manager call to speak with me directly. I have not received a call. I was, in fact, offered another room. However, I was not offered quality/caring service, I had a room that wreaked, I barely slept because I felt unsafe (the screws were literally falling out of the door lock), and the shower essentially didn't work. I showed the representative videos and pictures of all of these things. I assure you he did not care and did not seem surprised. What was the likelihood that another room would be better? And the fact that a manager will not speak to me speaks volumes. I would highly recommend that you seek another place to stay. This is a nice establishment. Clean rooms, nice amenities, great staff and management. I’ve stayed here twice in November and October of 2022. With no problems. The beds are comfortable and if you need a microwave, you have an option to book a suite or you can use the community microwave in the washer and drier room. It’s in a great little hub of Garden Grove with plenty of great places to eat. If you decide to stay there check out the restaurants at Euclid and Garden Grove Blvd, you won’t be disappointed. I recommend if your in town and looking for a place, its worth a stay.

Das Zimmer ist sauber, das Badezimmer ist groß, mit Mikrowellenschlauch, gut. Aber es gibt keinen elektrischen Wärmewasserschlauch. Das Frühstück ist großartig, obwohl es eine erweiterte Version des traditionellen amerikanischen Frühstücks ist, aber auch reichhaltiger, guter Geschmack, die Kinder mögen es sehr. Die Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich und komfortabel. Das nächste Mal wird es auch im Hotel bleiben.

Ein erstes Aufenthalt in diesem bequem gelegenen Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber, es gab minimale Einrichtungen, ein Außen-Eis-Dispenser, der kostenlos war und eine Drink-Verkaufsmaschine. Das Licht im Zimmer war mehr als ausreichend. Am wichtigsten war es ruhig trotz der Nähe zu einem Autobahneingang und Waschwagen. Das Personal war effizient und professionell. Das einzige negative war, dass das Internet langsam war. Außerdem gab es eine kostenlose Mikrowelle im Büro, da das Zimmer keine Mikrowelle oder Kühlschrank hatte.

Great little gem off the highway for a 6 day trip to Disneyland. Entire hotel was under renovation during our stay, and the rooms are improved. Room is spacious and appeared clean and fresh. The renovation is one of those “surface” renovations where when you look close there’s a lot of things they didn’t and probably won’t touch. The staff were super polite and helpful when I needed anything. The AC unit was vibrating super loud and I asked them to look at it and see if they could do anything. When we returned it was silent! Be aware though, the entrance to the hotel is on Trask, and there is no way to turn left into the lot at the light. You have to go down a bit further and U turn. I do recommend this place if you’re on a budget but still want to be close enough to the parks.

Es ist sehr bequem zu kaufen, weil es einen Supermarkt in der Nähe gibt. Zum Engelsstadion, der Farbausgang und der Verkehr in Disney-Feriengebiet sind auch sehr gut. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und komfortabel.
