The initial 2 sleepless nights due to the our room facing west with windows not closing properly was resolved to our satisfaction by the manager but left a bad taste. Good: Location is great during when the slope is open.Its a ski in/out concept so the hotel is great for the winter sports enthusiasts. Although the service is only ok and mostly due to communication gaps between departments,there has been a few really great folks working there.Reception manager and Maria in the restaurant in particular. Not so good: There is no kids menu at all,if you coming down with a little ones,get ready to expose their taste buds to the Georgian cuisine( or good pizza). Large portions=food waste… No shops in the area…have to take taxi to the shop down the road…60 gel both ways…rip off. They charge for anything and everything…ketchup,mayo,a bit of honey…you name it… the mark up for airport transfers is horrendous…better to arrange it privately. Breakfast is a bit boring,same items every day,with only few twists.Live eggs/omelette cooking stations didn’t help. Could do with some more halal options given the guest mix.
