I reached today at the hotel and found that staff of Fern Denzong is very supportive and good at service. Rooms are clean. Front office and house keeping team is very humble and good at their work. Specially I want to praise Kartika, Ajeeta and Anusha. Washroom is clean

We visited The Fern Denzong hotel gangtok ….We had a pleasant stay there Mr.Pravesh of house keeping was very friendly and polite and gave us very good service .Front Office staff were also very friendly and helpful Mr.Bikash was very good Excellent stay thanks you

I really liked the service. The hotel service and staff are extremely cooperative and supportive. We really had a nice time especially the staff member Rishika. She is very polite and humble. She has been always there for us. She provides us with the best services.

Fantastic Hotel with great view of the Kanchendzonga. Manager Abhijit is very supportive and all the staffs are extremely cordial. The food is awesome and the bakery is even better. Just 500m from Mg Marg..Must visit for Family ...........

Excellent support from the hotel team in each and every aspect. A true Fern experience indeed. Clean, specious rooms with charming view of the mountain, comfortable beds with blower heaters made the stay cozy. There was an intermittent power shutdown in the night, however, it was resolved shortly with the power backup. Food was good and the taste was upto the mark for lunch and dinner. Breakfast options were limited and especially the live dosa and egg counter needs an extra attention. We ordered dosas which tasted more of ground rice than ground lentils. It seemed that the fermentation process was incomplete. Mr. Bikash, with his ever smiling gesture had been a great addition to this great team. Our short trip on the year end was made memorable with this wholesome experience at The Fern Denzong, Gangtok. Thanks a lot dear team. Warm regards, Dr. T. Sen

All amenities were good and well maintained ..Rooms were specious and neat....some improvement can be done in washrooms regarding freshners and smell...although not troubling Food and staff specially the hospitality of the resturant under the Madam Anjala was too good and friendly..❤️ all Adv.Rajesh Khandelwal..
