An excellent experience overall with a beautiful ambience , lovely location,and great food. The wonderful hospitality by Ms Sonam, Mr. Adarsh and Mr Bir has made the stay a memorable one. Definitely a highly recommended abode away from home in the hearts of beautiful Gangtok.

I'm not a guest, I came across this Hotel and worked for 1 month with disappointment as they don't have any facilities for staff only the accommodation with a broken door, no geyser, no cafeteria for staff to eat. We have to eat in a drainage area with a dirty table 🤢. With that the staff survived but still when I said I'll give one month notice period as there's no facilities and I don't like the place, they replied If you want to leave just leave there's no need of notice period just leave I'll give you your full salary then leave. But what happened is that they are cheater management cheats on me as I'm not from Sikkim so they did whatever they wanted and there's no right for staff to claim their rights no one is there to listen to us. But though as per agreement they said they'll give full salary with 4 weekly off a month but then they cut my 4 off and my half day salary. My suggestion is that if you want to work in Sikkim, Darjeeling, Jaipur finds another place another job but not Cilantro. In Cilantro you'll get nothing to learn nothing to earn just nothing they won't treat you like humans especially if you're not from Sikkim. Avoid when you know the truth it's useless to throw your diamonds to pigs. Cilantro the WORST. 🤢🤮🤮 Even if you are a guest try not to choose this hotel it's worse than it looks. Both inside and outside. Trust me there are more good hotels in Gangtok which treat staff like humans and treat guests better with good service. Cilantro the WORST organization I've ever been 🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮

It was a really wonderful stay at cilantro Hotel..staffs were really courties. Rooms were spacious and had a memorable stay..thanks to cilantro team surely visit again and the view from the room were really top notch..Thanks to reception team for the assistance for everything.

Hotel cilantro located in gangtok near sadar police station is outstanding hotel ... ..neet and clean room with an amazing view ...working staff is also so kind hearted ..I love the way staff handling their guests ....come and visit hotel cilantro delisso abode ..GANGTOK SIKKIM

We had the privilege of staying in Cilantro Unwind, Gangtok, during our holiday in Sikkim and had the best experience. We were welcomed in a traditional manner by their staff Ms. Sapna who took care of all our needs thereafter. The ambience, rooms, food, hospitality, each were remarkable to say the least. We thoroughly enjoyed their breakfast spread each morning and ordered in dinners which were delicious. We left Gangtok with a lasting memory, all thanks to the hotel that took such good care of us. We look forward to returning and staying in the same place and would highly recommend the place to our friends and family as well. Thank you Cilantro Unwind!

Great Stay at this lovely hotel. Very warm, friendly, and professional staff. Rooms are cozy and equipped with room heaters. Prompt room service. The food is amazing-especially the breakfast and dinner buffet menu curated by head chef Bijay. The hotel is situated at a prime location (a short distance from M.G Road)
