Die Lage dieses Hotels ist sehr gut, ganz in der Nähe des Gyeongpo-Sees. Es bietet einen 270-Grad-Blick auf den Gyeongpo-See. Es ist sehr komfortabel, ob man mit dem Autor plaudert oder Fotos macht . Darüber hinaus liegt das Hotel auch ganz in der Nähe des Busbahnhofs, der Bus fährt jedoch nur lange, sodass es bequemer ist, ein Taxi zu nehmen. Darüber hinaus eignet sich die Dachterrasse des Hotels auch sehr gut zur Besichtigung. p.s. Das Hotel stellt keine Zahnbürsten zur Verfügung, Sie müssen diese selbst vorbereiten.

Ich hatte einen unterhaltsamen Familienausflug von zwei Tagen und einer Nacht. Es liegt in der Innenstadt von Gangneung und ist daher praktisch für Essen und Transport in der Nähe. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist, sodass die meisten Fahrten etwa 20 Minuten dauerten. Besonders gut hat mir gefallen, dass die Leute, die das Auto geparkt haben, so freundlich waren.

Ein wunderbares Hotel, wirklich sehr schön und am besten von weitem sichtbar😍 Die Rezeption ist 24 Stunden am Tag geöffnet, es gibt Frühstücke im asiatischen und europäischen Stil, aber sie sind kostenpflichtig, das Schwimmbad wird ebenfalls mit 30.000 Won bezahlt, die Wäscherei mit 5.000 Won pro Person Laden, Parken 15000 Won, das ist alles eine einmalige Aktion, Sie müssen es jedes Mal bezahlen. Das Zimmer war super sauber, der Blick aus dem Fenster im 17. Stock war auf den See und das Bett war das tollste Bett in meinem Leben, man fällt einfach in diese Wolke, so weiche Kissen und eine magische Decke😍 Es gibt Geschäfte im Hotel, immer kaufen, was man braucht, neben dem Hotel ein Park, in dem man Fahrrad fahren kann, man kann immer ein Taxi nehmen, am Ufer gibt es viele Restaurants, aber ich habe dort nicht gegessen, es ist teuer! Der Strand ist sauber, das Meer ist auch sauber und wunderschön! In der Nähe des Hotels gab es ein Bierfest, wir haben mit den Koreanern rumgehangen, alle Biere probiert) Bei meinem nächsten Besuch möchte ich nur dort übernachten!

Seeking to spend a few days on the Korean Seaside, we booked on short notice 2 nights in an Oceanview Double at Seamarq. Overall, we had a wonderful, very relaxing time: we particularly enjoyed - the spacious, beautifully designed and functional room and lobby area, which truly provides a sense of space and an extension of the hotel space into the sea - the absolutely stunning 5th floor pools area, which was never really crowded and also stayed open despite some minor rain on our first day: comfortable sunbeds, generous opening hours (06:30 - 22:00, great) and good service by the mostly very young crew up here - the nice ocean side loungers, even though we still find it awkward that there is (at least officially) a 1.5 hour limitation to the use of the sunbeds (though at least during our stay this did not seem to have been enforced) - the piano player who brought a serene, peaceful atmostphere to the lobby every night, and the Lobby Bar with an excellent drinks, tea and small food selection - the thought-through room design, incl. the practical wet clothes hanger with clips to secure any item, and the Nespresso machine, tea pot etc. - the overall good selection and tastiness of the food at breakfast and at the buffet dinner (which we only joined once) To be among the very best hotels, Seamarq needs to fix a few things - the setup and food presentation of the breakfast / dining room is more reminding of a low-end, family vacation style: relatively crammed seating, presentation of the food buffet is without love (though the have a great choice - it's more how it's presented), and erratic service (e.g. on first morning nobody cleared used dishes from our breakfast table, while today this was done promptly every time...). - while there is a wonderful beach with the hotel's sun loungers, there are no beach towels available: this is the first time ever around the world we experienced this. Why not provide the same service as at the pool (where those are freely available)? - as others wrote, the elevator availability and waiting time is a real issue - with only 3 elevators that are also partly used by staff to deliver luggage wait times are often excessive. All these were not significantly spoiling our experience, and we would definitely be back here if staying in the area - though it would be easy for the hotel to improve on some of the items above. Overall a wonderful place to stay if in Gangneug, and wanting to be at (or better above :-) ) the sea

Ich habe Glück, ein upgraded Zimmer zu erhalten. Die Aussicht war wunderbar, Es lohnt es, früh aufzuwachen, um den Sonnenaufgang zu beobachten.

Wir genossen wirklich unseren Aufenthalt im Hotel. Es geht zu Fuß zum Markt von Tag und Nacht, so war es sehr bequem. Das machen ourcwayvto den Strand war auch einfach. Das Hotel ist ruhig und das Personal ist freundlich. Wir hatten schöne Spaziergänge im Hotel und genossen alles über das Hotel und alles, was da draußen ist. Hatte einen schönen kalten Urlaub in Gangneung.

Für meine Freunde und mich war es schwierig, in einem Hotelzimmer zu übernachten. Die Nutzung war praktisch, da Wohn- und Schlafzimmer getrennt waren. Auch die Einrichtungen waren sauber.

Clean, new facility but lacks a few amenities. Only two bottles of water in the mini fridge, doesn't have basic charging cables for phones. If I am paying a certain amount of money, I expect those things personally. Overall a nice place to spend an evening.

Our check-in was pretty straightforward, no surprise since we stayed here in the past, staff are pretty cold and disinterested, not rude, just cold. My family enjoyed the last trip so we returned. Our room was as expected, with one exception, the mini kitchen was supplied with utensils, and pots and pans previously, not anymore. The hotel has an interesting HVAC system, the twin suites have a master bedroom loft, and adjacent bed over looking the ocean, very beautiful and relaxing, unfortunately the hotel switched the A/C off and put the heating system on, this made the loft area very warm, I tried to adjust the multiple thermostat controls, but was unaware the AC main was off. The in room phone system was turned off, so the only option was to trek up to the main desk. The front desk clerk and I went back and forth with translators, till I got the Heating system information. I thanked the clerk and headed back to reverse the thermostat settings which did help, along with leaving the glass door to the ocean patio open. Crisis averted, the sounds of the ocean was blissful. The next day we returned to a nicely cleaned suite until I noticed a large piece of chewed gum left on the display shelf, trust me it was gross, I asked my family if anyone left this? I knew the answer before asking, no one in my family are gum chewers. It then became clear the someone in house cleaning left it there, never seen that before on all my travels. When checking out I mentioned the AC/Heater issue as well as the chewing gum issue, and to no surprise to me, there was no interest, discussion or maybe even a halfhearted we apologized for the inconvenience? Nope not at Sun Cruise, the clerk just motioned for the next person in line, I actually laughed, shook my head a little and headed out the door. The one positive thing we took away was, we unanimously decided to never return to Sun Cruise,

It’s a great hotel that provides a lot of services. You don’t need to go outside but there are no toothbrushes in the room which I thought was going to be part of the package
