Quite an impressive job, by going above and beyond for the guest, who has actually checked out!! Kudos to the great hospitality!! The only drawback, it is far from the city, like around 15Kms.

Flawless experience at gift city club!, staff greeted us so well, everything was already done by reception staff, check in was really smooth, room was very clean and well organised. Really enjoyed the stay

We booked 3 rooms accommodating 6 Adult and two Children ( One 16 years old and another 6 years ) The booking was done through MakeMyTrip( MMT) with full advance payment The package included breakfast and one major meal ( Lunch or Dinner) for all 8 members This booking was confirmed by MMT. While checking in, I requested for extra beds for children in two of the three t rooms, Obviously the children’s will not / ought not to sleep on floor !! As the price paid included accommodation and as well as breakfast and one major meal !! While checking in at the counter this was disputed at the reception by Ms Mayuri, in an *extremely unbelievably and unbusinesslike* manners under pretext that for one child (16 years) She will provide extra beds but not for child (6 years) stating that it would *cost the hotel food charges* as well forgetting that the package confirmed included breakfast and one major meal for all 8 people. This is unimaginable with Taj more so when the deal was done through MMT with clear cut instructions and confirmation with advance payments made. If Taj has any disagreement, it has to be with MMT and ought not to be with guests Ms Mayuri at the Reception Counter was unbelievably adamant without realising what MMT on behalf of the Hotel has agreed and confirmed. It was a bad experience as Ms Mayuri needs more training to look up the standards of Taj. I would urge to the HR Department to train Ms Mayuri before giving any responsibility of such level I’m a member of Tata Nue for over 3-4 years

Die Leela, Gandhinagar war eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Das Feste Mittagessen ist eine gewaltige Verbreitung und jedes Jahr scheinen sie die vorherige zu übertreffen. Das Buffet bedeckt eine internationale Küche und die Desserts waren eine Weihnachtsextravaganza. Somu und Khushi waren unsere Server bei The Leela Gandhinagar für Xmas Lunch 2024! Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und wir wurden mit Wärme und Freude nachgeschaut. Der Service war unverschämt und deshalb kehren wir Jahr für Jahr zurück. Brillante Lebensmittel, ausgezeichnete Getränke und eine außergewöhnliche Auswahl an hochwertigen, feinen Essen. Viel Unterhaltung für Kinder und ein freundliches Familienkomfort.

Ich blieb im August 2022 im Hotel etwa 6 Tage. Wir waren an einem beruflichen Ausbildungsprogramm. Zunächst mit dem überraschendsten Element war natürlich das Verhalten des Personals. Von der Kontrolle bis zur Kontrolle fand ich sie absolut erstaunlich. Herr Biltu von der Frontbüro bis zu vielen meiner persönlichen Anfragen. MS Sudipta und Frau Swathi waren immer angenehm und warm, um alle die Schote-Mote-Bedürfnisse, mit denen wir sie nagten. Im Gegensatz zu ***y anderen Hotels hier fand ich es nie schwer, das Personal zu erreichen.. Das Essen war eine weitere erstaunliche Segen.. die weit von Hause entfernt und in der Mitte dieser hektischen Zeitplan all unsere Mahlzeiten, wo Yum. Ich erinnere mich an Herrn Somnath für die zusätzliche Hilfe, die er uns angeboten hat, obwohl es ein Buffet war.. Hausaufbewahrung war auf Anfrage zügig.. Reinigung war großartig.. Vielleicht ist das einzige Con, das ich erwähnen würde, tatsächlich über den Aufzug.. Mit so ***y Zimmern in der Lage glaube ich, dass man für schnellere Mobilität ein oder zwei weitere Aufzüge hinzufügen kann.. Letztlich aber nicht zuletzt.. die Aussicht aus meinem Zimmer war auch groß

Das Hotel insgesamt. Es ist wahrscheinlich eine Aktualisierung des gesamten Saisonhotels im Inland. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und liegt etwa 25 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Das Heimatstadtausstellungszentrum von Thompson, 25 Minuten. Etwa 15 Minuten bis 20 Minuten, es gibt ein großes Shop Mall. Das Hotel hat Frühstück, es gibt eine laufende Kaffeemaschine, die Bühne. Anderes Frühstück ist für meinen Taiwaner nicht sehr gewöhnlich. Aber das Brot ist sehr lecker. Mit anderen Weizenbrot, den Eiern seiner Familie, denke ich besonders gemütlich, vor allem der Eigelb. Der Service auf der Rezeption ist sehr gut. Hier kann man Fremdwährungen wechseln. Die Weichheit des Schlafs ist weich. Aber ich mag es sehr. Wenn ich zum ersten Mal in Indien komme, trinke besser ein Glas Wasser. Ich empfehle Coca-Cola.
