Very nice stay good location for us Rooms very clean and shower strong.

My wife and I researched most of the hotels in the area finally deciding on the Borgato. The visit started off by trying to valet my car at the Water Club; was told that because my car was a Tesla I should go to the other side. Cool, no problem. Check in was simple, used the app. Stopped at the desk anyway, asked about getting a suite for the weekend. The person called her supervisor who directed her to tell us that our visit was too long. My guess is that charging me $50 more for three nights wasn’t enough money when compared to what they could charge someone for one night. Whatever, I should’ve booked a suite in the first place. They were able to “upgrade” the room - but the hotel didn’t seem too busy so it I’m sure it wasn’t too big of an issue. The food selection was okay, the first night we ate at the food court which was hidden. Average cheesesteak, nothing to write home about. The next morning we are at Bread and Butter. We stood at the line entrance and weren’t greeted, so we moved to the other end where three associates were conversing. Two of which retreated to the back and the third moved to were originally stood.I ordered French Toast, it was okay. Clearly microwaved, which I wouldn’t have expected. My wife ordered egg sandwich that was also frozen and served on a burnt bagel. The tables were crowded and limited. The dealers had no personality, rarely interacted with the guests. A moved an empty bottle to the side of one of the tables - a pit boss asked if why I couldn’t put it in the garbage. That night we ate a Oldholme Stead Steakhouse. The only special was an A5 Waygu Steak, I was told it was the best steak they had. The steak had no sear and not cooked to my liking; I ate it because I had a hard time sending back a $200 steak. Again, we were met with service that was inattentive.We returned to the tables but due to the lack of additional staff to accommodate, the few extra tables were slammed. I waited on the sidelines for about 45 minutes to eventual open.The next morning we ate at the Metropolitan. Walked in and was met with a, “Two!?”. We sat and ordered after about 10 minutes. The food eventually arrived 35-40 minutes later, the quality was about the same as the morning before. However, this time part of my order was missing. When I asked where it was, I was met with “you still want it?”. Granted it was just sausage, but I ordered it. Instead of offering an apology at any point, I was given two cold *****s of bacon.

Großer Aufenthalt , große Leute , schönes Zimmer jeder war schön . Der Spa war ausgezeichnet der ****** war lustig . Jeder war respektvoll und nett wirklich gute Erfahrung . Front Desk Check war auch gut.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Gesamt guter Erfahrung und würde es empfehlen. Es ist ein altes Hotel, aber Sie werden keine Probleme haben. Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.

海景房可以看到大海酒店是紐約日本網紅餐廳主開的，用料高級簡潔，大理石洗浴間，房間裏面還有一次性拖鞋，這是高級酒店具備的，裏面的咖啡附贈的都是很好的咖啡豆特製的，還有兩塊日本巧克力，是LAX品牌，入住辦理在特定的房間，還有茶水供應

Obwohl ich immer eine Meeresfront-Zimmer oder zumindest Meerblick beantrage, bekomme ich das nie wirklich. Diese Zeit war noch schlimmer die Aussicht auf den Parkplatz, wo es Leute waren, die Donuts & die Motoren neu zu laut machen, Videos oder etwas wie 3am.... Ich schwöre, der Herr prüft uns in Absicht gibt Ihnen verrückte Ansichten vor allem wenn ich’m Recht vor ihm, um ein schönes Zimmer wir feiern hier und klar, dass sie nichts unternehmen. Er hat mich angemeldet und gab mir auch ein Zimmer ohne Aussicht... Die Zimmer sind mittelschwarz am besten die Hallen sind mustig und riechen wie Zigaretten. Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie Ihre Allergie Meds bringen die Menge an Staub auf der Decke vom Luft-/Wärmewind def wird Sie aus!! Wir bleiben eindeutig dort für die Restaurants & Atmosphäre Andere dann genießen!!
