The lobby area and the room size is too small, it got cramped when there are more than 10 people in the lobby, and I can’t walk around the room when i open the luggage. Even though the hotel still decent, but it was below Atour Hotel Standard.
The “executive room” also had no view (avoid room number 326 if you dont want that kind of view)
The location really excellent, in the heart of 三坊七巷, near metro station. The employee also really helpful

Good location for foods. Walking distance to 3 Lanes & 7 Alleys. Clean room & bathroom. We have a change our days of stay and the receptionist helped us to communicate with Trip.com (our booking agent) with the changes. The hotel agreed with the changes so is Trip.com, for free (no fee) without any fuss. Thanks.

Location is opposite sanfang qixiang. Can try the fish ball. The room toilet is a bit old but is generally clean. Room is well maintained.

Good location, service. We didn’t order the breakfast as there’s lots of food around downstairs including a 24hour dim sum place which is really good. Only thing is only one lift is working so a little bit inconvenient only. Staff are really nice.

The location is great right next to shopping zone and 三坊七巷。we had some changes to our travel plans and 77.三泽at the front desk was so helpful to accomodate our changes. There are always people there and super responsive. Highly recommended hotel.

The staff here is friendly and helpful, especially the staff 77. I stay for 3 nights with separate booking due to the change of flight, the two rooms are different room types, but the staff help to organize into the same room type so I do not need to change room between nights, also the location is great, which is close to the tourist attraction area.

Great location great hotel! Staff can't speak English. Beds were so soft and comfy. Rooms were spacious. Laundry room is excellent with dryers, washers and steamer. When we didn't retrieve our clothes in time, staff helped us fold some of our laundry and placed it all in a bag. Love that there were non-smoking rooms. Finally can sleep without the lingering hint of smoke in my nostrils.
So close to the mall and the cute pedestrian zone. Tons of options for food and shopping. The hotel provides you with so many water bottles! Really appreciate it as this city gets super hot.

Clean and big room, no 3rd hand cigarette smokes, good selection of breakfast and most importantly a coffee making machine. I really love the LG washer and dryer. Overall a happy stay for me.
