這次前台服務是真的差，簡直是爛。一是開的房間壁燈壞了關不了，換房間又是臨電梯（已經明確了不要臨電梯），第2次換房間居然換了一個住了人的房間，我一打開門差點把裏面的客人嚇死，我找前台他還反覆説確定沒人，等半天他自己上來看卻心虛的不敢開門了，説是系統錯誤沒發現裏面有人，折騰了太久才休息，真的體驗極差。一句不怎麼真誠的對不起，太無語了！
