Our recent stay at the apartment was overall a positive experience. The location was excellent, situated conveniently near the university, which was our primary objective. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with shops downstairs offering various food options for our convenience. However, there were a few areas that could have been improved. Firstly, there was no daily cleaning service provided, which was a bit of a disappointment. Secondly, only one bath towel was provided, which was insufficient for our needs. On the first day of our stay, we were asked to wait due to a window being broken in the original booking, which although understandable, was still an inconvenience. The owner was polite and communicated effectively through phone, which was appreciated. The Ayi who was there to open the apartment for us was not as accommodating, however. She shouted at us for using one of the bath towels as a step-out mat from the shower, which we felt was an unnecessary reaction. Due to the fact that the tiles are slippery after showering,The shower itself was a bit inconvenient as it did not have doors, allowing water to easily flow out into the room but we managed to adjust the direction of the shower head and make it work. For future guests, we would recommend topping up the toilet rolls and toothpaste to ensure a more comfortable stay for three days . Overall, despite the few shortcomings, the apartment was comfortable and clean, and we would consider staying there again in the future.

房間挺大的 然後衞生也很乾凈，這種基礎方面的還是挺滿意。但給我的睡眠體驗感是比較不滿意，每到清晨，隔壁房間的水聲特別大，一開始以為是房間在4樓，樓頂上是那個太陽能熱水器的工作聲音，直到在退房之前看到門口板上寫着，隔壁是消洗間，我認為酒店把這種房間開放給客人來住是一個非常不好的，住幾天每天都會被那個吵醒 每天都會被那個吵醒，實在是太不舒服了。還有房間裏晾衣服的地方沒有，你們要是回覆我説掛在衣櫃裏，那不通風的地方掛衣服能行嗎，也別跟我説酒店有烘乾機，房間裏我們還不洗別的衣服嗎？一點方便位置都沒有。打掃衞生的工作人員態度特別好，這個還是很滿意 前台工作人員也會跟你打招呼。這個房間隔音問題實在是太差了，另外一邊的房間的聲音倒是沒聽到，就是一邊的這個消洗間的聲音。

帶孩子去熱高玩住在了這裏，自駕遊需要停車方便，看了好多家選擇了這裏，離熱高、皇家海洋世界7公里左右，房間整潔，早餐不錯，服務熱情，一次愉悦的旅行。

過來撫順辦事，住了一天，這個賓館在學校門口，環境安靜優雅，老闆人很好，特別熱情，而且賓館很安全很衞生，推薦各位來撫順辦事旅遊的小夥伴可以住他家，下次我來的話還會住這，如果順利，我會再住這裏2次。

酒店環境地理位置都不錯，出門坐車打車都很方便，前台小姐姐服務很專業，辦理入住流程很快，入住期間有任何需求客房姐姐也會很快送過來，服務理念真的很👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

房間很乾凈，每天都給打掃衞生！前台的服務員特別熱情，有事情諮詢的時候，要是不知道，她們會去幫忙問其他人，然後給回覆！下次還會選擇這裏！

staff were very friendly and helpful when we arrived! however the hotel only allowed 2 free water bottles per room each day but on one of the days we didn’t get any new water, when we complained to the receptionist she said it was our word against the cleaning ladies so that was really annoying. i would stay again but would make sure to bring my own water. the breakfast was of good taste and variety however we couldn’t eat the fruit because it had gone brown

Wir waren insgesamt für vier Nächte hier. Die ersten beiden Tage waren wir in einem Doppelzimmer und die letzten beiden Tage wurden in ein Business-Doppelzimmer umgewandelt. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, der Service an der Rezeption ist gut, es ist keine Kaution erforderlich und das Ein- und Auschecken geht schnell. Das Zimmer hatte keinen eigenartigen Geruch, es gab jede Menge heißes Wasser und es war sehr ruhig. Die Hygiene muss verbessert werden. Als ich am ersten Tag im Business-King-Zimmer übernachtete, hatte ich bereits angefangen, nur um festzustellen, dass es im Badezimmer keine Taschentücher gab, was etwas peinlich war. Alles in allem ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse recht gut.
