Der Generaldirektor entschied sich persönlich und gab sofort eine Lösung und schickte eine Entschuldigung für den gesamten Prozess, der es den Menschen ermöglichte, das Hotel wirklich für die Kundenerfahrung zu sorgen, nicht für die Verluste. Das Auftreten eines Problems ist unvermeidlich, aber die Einstellung und Effizienz der Problemlösung sind das wirkliche Niveau eines Hotels. Deshalb ist mein Aufenthaltserlebnis letztlich sehr zufriedenstellend. Empfehlenswert!
