Good location, to town 10min drive. Directly located right infront of the ski area

Awesome place! I would recommend this place to families with young children. They have a kids room, and gave monopoly notes for the kids to 'buy' small toys or snacks. Upon checked in they gave my son a small game, which he can get a small gift once he completed the task. The hotel provides free laundromat service, but we didn't use it. They kindly gave us coupon to use in the shop. They also provide snacks and drinks for their guest. My son loved this place, we will definitely come back again.

Hotel staff were friendly,some could speak English. The room and bed was small but enough for us. Cleanliness is fair. The Library with fairly good coffee machine was a plus with the coin laundry next to. The free ice drinks corner is wonderful. The onsen was small. For the reasonable price I cannot complain. Best for family I love that they have fireworks and stamp collection games for kids to enjoy.

Great location and service, couldn’t fault that. Helpful staff and literally across the road from the gondola. Great inclusions like afternoon tea with desert bar with nice selection of tasty deserts, ice cream and drinks in the evenings. Breakfast could be improved, great for those that like seafood, but not so great for more western food options. I am sure even in winter there are apples, bananas and other options rather than frozen fruits and pastry that comes in packages that lasts a few weeks or at least that is how pastry tasted. One of the kids only eats toast and eggs or pastry and milk for breakfast and couldn’t find anything to eat there. But my husband loved the buffet. Rooms are pretty outdated, so be mindful. Bathrooms haven’t had anything done to them since probably 80-90th, but it was clean and public bath was good. Restaurant was booked out for dinners for a week in advance (at least) when we checked in but it seemed like there is only one seating in general for dinner.

這一家酒店我要給出滿分。他離滑雪場初學者滑道衹有100米的距離。酒店很細心的給出了很多福利，包括在前台可以拿一些小物品，甚至有止痛的貼膏，還有各種的桌遊，還安排了休息室可以免費吃雪糕烤棉花糖，土豆，還有各種免費的飲料咖啡。二樓的休息室的圖書室非常漂亮，各種常數和雜誌能夠充實我們滑雪後的時間。前台服務員禮貌周到，詳細的給我解答了各種問題。可以從札幌坐中央巴士，在北之峯下車，前往這家酒店。酒店門口就有穿梭巴士去精靈露台，酒店可以提供免費的乘車券。從精靈露台返回酒店要在森林王子的門口做返程車。

非常好的酒店！很有家的感覺。 酒店盡了它的最大努力去服務住客， 這是我在日本住過的性價比最高的滑雪酒店。 每天供應清酒和甘酒給住客暖身， 各式各樣應有盡有的酒店用品供使用， 早上和晚上的自助餐也是非一般的好。 租雪具的職員也是特好，給了我們很多建議， 還貼心的記得我的左腳比較大，幫我安排好鞋子。 肯定會來第二次，祝越做越好。

非常非常棒的入住體驗！前台服務熱情，入住都是電子化辦理，特別適合帶小朋友，各種遊戲小禮品贈送，還有小童遊樂設施，非常贊！酒店的自助餐也非常豐盛，温泉泡得也很舒服！下次來還會帶家人住這個酒店，非常喜歡！強烈推薦帶小朋友的家庭來住！

優缺點明顯，優點是滑雪很方便，可滑進滑出，還有儲物櫃很方便存放雪具。工作人員也比較熱情。下午還有免費甜點和飲料。缺點是設施比較老舊，房間都很小；還有餐食，預訂之前看評論都説早晚餐豐富，於是我們住6晚都訂了包含早晚餐的，結果是，6天裏面，酒店的餐食全都是一模一樣，一道菜都帶不換的，吃到後面真的快吃崩潰了，介意這點的慎重選擇吧。

這次旅行中，這家酒店給我留下了非常深刻的印象，既有驚喜也有遺憾。 酒店的餐飲非常豐富，種類繁多，讓人每天都有新鮮感。大堂也很貼心，提供各種茶點，而且供應不間斷，無論何時路過都能享用到，這種細節讓人感覺很温暖。 滑雪租賃服務也很出色，尤其是中文服務人員非常熱心，他們耐心地為我介紹滑雪設備，還根據我的需求給出專業建議，讓我在滑雪過程中更加輕鬆自在。 不過，讓我有些意外的是酒店的服務態度。可能這家酒店曾經服務熱情周到，但隨着中國遊客越來越多，他們的服務似乎有些“變味”了。我發現至少有一半的服務人員對中國客人的態度比較冷漠，甚至有些愛理不理，而對其他國家的客人則熱情很多。這讓我感到很困惑，也有些失望。畢竟，酒店的硬件設施和細節服務都做得很不錯，服務態度本應是錦上添花，卻成了美中不足。 總的來説，雖然酒店在設施和細節上很用心，但服務態度上的問題讓人有些遺憾。希望酒店能重視這一點，重新找回曾經的熱情服務，讓每一位客人都能感受到同樣的尊重和關懷。 設施：很好 衞生： 普通，稍微老舊 環境： 對面就雪場 服務：個別服務生（經過那種會打招呼）其他的都很冷漠

絕對值得再次入住的酒店！絕對是值回票價的！非常值得帶小朋友前往！酒店本身有些小活動可以參與，如果想全部活動都能夠參與都建議三點左右入住。 有波波池，烤棉花糖活動，甜品時間，都很適合小朋友！ 另外有很多子供用品可以提供給小朋友，例如尿布睡衣拖鞋。 膳食方面，晚餐的時間看似很趕，因為只有大概90分鐘用餐，但其實都足夠時間用餐的。有無限量供應不同的酒精飲品，自己烤原隻帆立貝就已經很值回票價！另外他們提供自助餐的芝士都十分好吃！早餐方面亦有無限量魚子！ 晚餐過後，亦有雪條及生啤時間，可以留意一下！ 大浴場方面雖然地方不大，但是很貼心的有提供小鴨子及沙灘玩具給小朋友陪家長一起享受浸浴時間，還有室外溫泉，感覺很貼心！
