Ausgezeichnete Lage und Kundenservice. Das Zimmer bietet ausreichend Platz für zwei große Gepäckstücke. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Umgebung und der 7-Eleven-Supermarkt ist gleich nebenan.

Bei einem Aufenthalt von mehr als 4 aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen wird das Zimmer nur einmal gereinigt und der Müll wird nicht jeden Tag rausgebracht. Dies wird als grüner und umweltfreundlicher Service bezeichnet. Es gibt viele alternative Hotels zu diesem Preis, Sie müssen sich nicht für dieses entscheiden.

Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind älter und die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Obwohl die Lage günstig ist, ist die Sauberkeit des Zimmers mangelhaft. Das erste Zimmer, in dem ich eincheckte, hatte Haare an der Wand in der Toilette. Nach dem Zimmerwechsel wird es besser sein.

Very convenient location which just take around 3-4mins walk from Hakata Station. Staff at the reception are professional and nice. The breakfast in the hotel is okay.

Location was excellent - very near Hakata Station - suitable for travelers catching an early flight. Costs less than $20 to get a taxi to the airport. Lobby staff were always friendly and the room was sufficiently spacious.

Enjoyed my stay with Tenza Hakata for 7 nights, the hotel location is very strategic (within 5 minutes walk from Hakata Station), and most importantly the hotel did provide free laundry machine & dryer (you just need to bring your own detergent / purchase at the lobby at JPY 50 per pack) - traveler may consider bring lesser clothes when staying with Tenza Hakata. The room also come with a massage chair which is a life saver (especially after a long day walk), do note that the hotel will only provide cleaning service for every 3 days, however they do provide a recycle bag for you to put your used towel and hang it on the door (before 10am of following day). The hotel also surrounded with lots of restaurant / coffee house / convenient store.

Excellent location just 2-3 mins walk to the nearby train station the hotel is next to a great shopping mall and the street of food highly recommend it!

The location was perfect to roam around the area on foot. Full of decent shopping centers and eateries were a plus. The breakfast was simple and good to try local Japanese. The staff at the restaurant was kind. Room was just okay. They only provide a bottle of water in the first day. The convenient store is right next to the hotel though.
