Der Luftreiniger war voller Staub und machte ein seltsames Geräusch. Gut ist, dass es eine Mikrowelle gibt und man sie aufwärmen kann. Wattestäbchen, Watte usw. sind Cousins

Reception on second floor. The bed is soft, will be betterbif its firm. Room is small, mulitple luggage not encouraged.

Good but a little bit walking. Staff is so-so compared to staffs in Tokyo or Osaka, not that helpful and acccomodating. Room is big. Bed is small.

We stayed for one night. It was the worst we ever experienced in Japan! The price of our double room (11m2) price was exceptionally high, approx US$260, probably it was last day of the red leaves season. I WILL NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN OR ANY OTHER LIVEMAX HOTELS IN JAPAN Trip.com didn’t have any non-smoking room and so I booked a smoking but requested for a non-smoking. There was never a reply. On arrival in late afternoon and knowing that the hotel wasn’t full house (its website was selling rooms at half price), I asked if I could have a non-smoking. The reply on negative and I was told I never requested! The manager said I could pay US$30 to have a non-smoking and refused to change it for free. The corridor of my floor was grim and awfully smelly. No surprise, my room stunk! There was no bottled water, no tea or even instant coffee. No safe. No chair but a plastic stool. The desk was worn out. The coffee table had one leg broken. Surprisingly there was a big microwave. Not sure what it was for as the room was not equipped with any cutleries and plenty of restaurants around. The bed was tiny 1.2m for 2 persons, and no duvet cover but a sheet under a not sure if it was clean duvet. The mattress was terrible, noisy and wobbly when one turned. We had a sleepless night! The bathroom was fine. However the towels were worn, and the joint to hair dryer handle was loosen and we needed to hold the hot surface of the dryer! The only good thing about this hotel was the location. But, Hakata was very centralised and lot of hotels were near the train station anyway.

Nice location with 8 minutes walk to Hakata station. Please note that bed size is not that 'big'

The hotel is 10 minutes away from Hakata Station, and there is a 24-hour convenience store nearby, which is very convenient. The hotel staff has a bad attitude and is unfriendly; the room is very dirty, the air conditioner, bedside, microwave and countertop are all covered in dust😤There is also garbage left behind by the previous guest😢

Good location close to the Gion train station. Clean and comfy food. Breakfast option is a coupon to a restaurant across the street. We found the service lacking as the front desk was not helpful when we asked for recommendations on nearby restaurants. staff simply pointed us to the map. when I asked if they could help call the car rental company to confirm my car booking the next day, they said they could not do it and directed asked me to use a public phone.
