I stayed a total of 5 nights in this hotel, recommended by my friend for its excellent location and big room size. As it was so near to Hakata Station, there was no problem coming back to pick up a forgotten thing. What I liked most of the room was the spacious and bright bathroom. We ate the hotel breakfast once - good variety, and used the laundry machine once.
The downside of my stay was that we were given rooms on the low floors (3rd & 4th) each time. The lighting in the room was insufficient and felt dim.

Located near the Hakata Station - Very convenient. It is also close to a very large shopping center. It meets our needs for food, shopping and easy transportation. Hotel employees are polite and attentive to our requests. Hotel is clean with amenities that meet our needs. Morning buffet breakfast is abundant. Our overall experience is good and will certainly come back next time we visit Fukuoka.
Suggestion for improvement : Spelling for restaurant on the hotel directory in the lift lobby is misspelled as “Retaurant”.

Hotel is in great location, just opp the Hakata Station.
The humidifier in the room was a great boon as the air was very dry.
I loved the breakfast buffet served with good variation of food and all are delicious.

Location is superb! Very close to JR/metro station. A very large Welcia and also Lawson just few steps away. Room is tidy and modern. Just the window is facing the wall of another building, yet it can be opened to get some fresh air.

Location is less than 5 mins to hakata train station. Clean, spacious room and helpful staff. Highly recommended.
