When the worst thing you can describe about a hotel stay is the sounds the elevator makes, you know you’ve found a great place to stay. The location, staff, rooms, service were all wonderful. Rooms were fresh and not time worn. Beds were very comfy. Space and organization were ideal. The employees were super friendly and helpful - quite customer-oriented. Breakfast area was well-tended and items replenished often. Pool area nice and supplied with towels. Wide variety of places to eat nearby and access was easy. I would most definitely recommend!

This was my first Aloft experience. Hopefully, it will be my last. I paid $297 to stay one weekday night at what by every indication was a budget hotel and the value per $ did not exist. To its credit: hotel was clean, feels new, and all the staff I interacted with were friendly. I heard no noises from other rooms. So this isn’t a terrible review. But the AC unit in my room was excessively loud (and maybe why I didn’t hear anyone else). The lighting was heavy on fluorescents that were harsh and in my view ugly. Sure, if you got a great rate and you are looking for a no-frills experience this was okay. If you want something more, you want something else.

I am grateful for Gabby who works at the front desk, here for medical reasons. She showed me some rooms at the end of February first part of March when I was in Texas needed a room in near future with a feel at home kitchen area. Gabby with her caring, professionalism, knowledge and smile I knew this was the place for us. We are here for a few weeks in April and May and are truly grateful for Gabby and the entire staff for this home like hotel room it is comfortable, very clean, great location!

Where do i start, we booked over 40 rooms with the hotel for my sons wedding over the weekend. when we got to the hotel after the reception around 11:30 that evening, the bar was closed and several of the wedding party were sitting down at the bar tables waiting on some pizza that they ordered and haveing a couple drinks, the front desk lady automatically labeled them as trouble makers and called the manager saying that she is going to need backup as they were going to get out of hand and break bottles! (i heard this first hand as i was trying to check in, i was the father of the groom) and then she proceeded to call the cops saying that they were unrully and out of hand. I talked to the cops and they said that from what they were told, they were ready to have a major confrontiation and 7 cops show up! This is the worst experience i have had staying at a hotel (and i travel for a living)! This experience has ruined what was a gret night celebrating my sons wedding! I would not recomend this hotel if you are traveling with a group!

Hotel was well located to visit our client but a mixed bag in terms of experience. On checking in the receptionist was disinterested and made no reference to Marriott status and the room key wouldn't open the (very basic) executive lounge. I don't know when room make up become optional and clicked on the button when online checking in that I wanted service every day. First day I had to commandeer the housekeeper and the second day I had to call down to get the room serviced. This was inconvenient as I was preparing for a client visit and had no clean towels. There was no issue with Housekeeping banging on my door at 8am on the day I was leaving - when I had in fact arranged a 4pm checkout. We were a group of 7 and spent a considerable sum but these small things really let the place down. As it stands today 7 days later no Marriott points have credited so maybe they don't like Marriot members. Will use the Courtyard at Legacy next time.

GGuest UserWir haben in der Vergangenheit in diesem Hotel viele Male verblieben, aber unser kürzlich geplanter Besuch, um unsere Großmutter absolviert zu sehen, wurde durch Betrügereien und Vorwürfe von Diebstahl verheiratet. Das Hotel hat uns gebeten, unser Zimmer am zweiten Tag unseres Aufenthalts zu bewegen. Die Anne ist ein guter Ort, der sich in der Nähe von der Stadt befindet. Nach der Nacht fanden wir unseren Zimmerschlüssel deaktiviert. Ich rief Jean Carlos ( Agent ) auf dem Büro an. Er und die Sicherheit nahm mich an, während ich wartete. Er beschuldigte uns von ”Stehlen von Zimmerbrillen, Schalen und Hängern” Wir waren noch Gäste im Hotel. Er hielt uns dann Geisel im Zimmer mit seinem Fuß gegen die Tür, die forderte, unser Zimmer und Gepäck zu suchen...dass das Hotelpersonal unser persönliches Personal bewegte Die Zugehörigkeiten gab es keine Möglichkeit, dass wir irgendeine der oben genannten stehlen...Meine ältere behinderte Schwester schrie jetzt und nahm ihre Kleidung aus den Hängen, die von der Mitarbeiter bewegt wurden und gab ihm die Hänge, die ihre Kleidung auf dem Boden verlassen. 45 Minuten lang beschuldigte er uns, uns zu betrügen und uns zu drohen. Schließlich habe ich mein Handy für Videos dieses Geschenks verwendet, dann begann er seine Arme um ”video mich nicht video mich nicht video mich”, das war der einzige Weg, den wir aus dem Zimmer. Er belastete dann mein Konto $850.00 für Artikel, die er behauptete, wir ” gestohlen” Die ganze Reise wurde ruiniert und diese beiden älteren Frauen werden nie wieder dieses klasselosen gab Hotel besuchen. Wir kontaktierten Corporate mit unseren Bedenken und das einzige Angebot war ”die nicht entfernten Artikel zu entfernen” von meinem Rechnung” Ein weiterer Schlag im Gesicht von diesem Geschenkteam. Omni wollen wir nicht Ihre Hänge Ihre Kleider, Ihren Kleiderschrank oder Ihren Zimmerbrillen! Was für ein schlechtes Personal. Wir haben nicht überall die Nacht geschlafen, wussten, dass der Geschenk einen Meisterschlüssel hat und könnten möglicherweise ins Zimmer eintreten . Wir fürchten uns vor unseren Leben und halten noch denken über dieses anormale Verhalten, das an zwei ältere Frauen gerichtet ist ..Mein Rat? Bleiben Sie im Motel Hölle, wie dieser Ort noch schlimmer ist!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn in Frisco. This is a nice location. It is quiet and easy access to any needed venue. Employees are friendly and engaging. Gloria, in the breakfast room does an exceptional job keeping the breakfast area clean and well stocked. Plus, she greets you each morning with a smile. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. I would stay here again.

Ich denke, dieses Hotel könnte die Erwartungen übersteigen, wenn ein paar Dinge hinzugefügt/verändert werden. 1. Die A/C im gesamten Hotel und in den Zimmern/Badezimmern sollte enorm gesenkt werden. Besonders in den heißeren Zeiten des Jahres. 2. Die Parkgarage sollte etwas an das Hotel angeschlossen sein oder zumindest selbst parken kostenlos für die Gäste. 3. Es wäre schön, wenn das Hotel einen Pool für Kinder oder Gäste zu nutzen hatte. Andernfalls war es ein schönes Hotel mit einer schönen Bar/Lobby

Weich gemütliches Bett, sauberes Zimmer, gut gespeichertes Badezimmer. Guter Kundenservice. Frühstück war auch gut. Nur Ding war, dass die Hausaufsicht die Kaffeelieferungen nicht vollständig erfüllt. Die Lobby-Zone war sauber und einladend und gefällt es, dass es Snacks und Getränke für den Komfort kaufen konnte.

889safari589316Das Wartungspersonal ist erstaunlich und freundlich. Die Vordertafelperson war brutal und hatte einen intelligenten Kommentar. Das erste Zimmer wurde mir das Badezimmer gekostet, wie ein Urin. Ich ging zurück und fragte sie nach einem anderen Zimmer. Sie schien frustriert, aber sie gab mir ein anderes Zimmer. Ich habe mir nicht gesagt, wo das Zimmer war, bis ich bereit war, auf den Aufzug zu kommen. Ich kam zum zweiten Zimmer. Es war klein, geurte Teppich und das Zimmer war direkt von drei Stuhl, in denen, wenn jemand da saß, sie in dem Zimmer schauen könnten. Ich war sehr unbehaglich mit dem Zimmer. Ich ging dann wieder zum Vordertafel, entschuldigte mich und fragte, ob sie ein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung hatte. Sie schwung und mit einem frustrierenden Ton sagte: „Was ist mit diesem Zimmer los, ich sagte ihr, dass ich nicht bequem mit ihm war und wollte nur etwas Ruhe. Sie fragte, ob Sie das Zimmer benutzt haben. Ich bat sie um Klarstellung zu ihrer Frage und an diesem Punkt sagte sie nahezu: „Ich muss wissen, ob Sie das Zimmer benutzt haben, damit ich es reinigen kann. Ich antwortete: „Ja, ich habe meine Hände gewaschen. Ich sagte ihr dann: „Du musst nicht böse sein. Ich habe keine böse Tone mit dir. Sie antwortete: „Ich werde dir dieses letzte Zimmer geben, aber wenn du nicht magst dieses, werde ich dir eine Erstattung geben und du kannst in ein anderes Hotel gehen. „ Das dritte Zimmer war viel besser als die ersten beiden, die ich ihr dankte und ihr informierte, das Zimmer war großartig, weil ich nicht so unverschämt in meinem Verhalten wie sie mir war. Es ist nicht nur, was Sie sagen, sondern wie Sie es sagen. Wenn es nicht der Tatsache war, dass jemand anderes dies finanziert hatte, hätte ich um eine Erstattung an diesem Punkt gebeten und ginge aus. Ich habe nie in all meinen Jahren des Hotelverbleibs so grausam erlebt. Ich werde nicht wieder in dieses Hotel.

The staff is amazing, if I needed anything at all they were available to help me out. I had their breakfast and I was very pleased. I did not get to use the pool because I didn’t have a chance but I saw many people that looked like they were enjoying themselves. I talked with a few people on the elevator and all were very friendly. Beds were very comfortable and fluffy pillows. Room was very clean a bathroom. I would recommend staying at this hotel if you are visiting by yourself or family. Lots of places to go see and do very close as well.

I have never had a poorer experience in the hospitality industry. I have left maybe 3 bad reviews in my life and in general, do not rock the boat, but this stay cannot go unreviewed. I have stayed at Motel 6’s which are 5-star compared to this place. Firstly, it took forever to check-in. Second, when we entered our room the free-standing dresser was leaning to the side. We asked the front desk person if there was anything maintenance or anyone could do about it. He came and checked on it and when he moved it, it broke he did not bat an eye and told us when we asked about the possibility to change rooms, he said first of all, ”NO,” and we should stay here because quote, “We were lucky because there are some people in the building who have no AC.”! We were flabbergasted but we tried to stay positive and just asked if the maintenance crew could come later and just accepted it. He said they would not come until tomorrow as it was their day off, but he did not know if they would make it to us due to the backlog of issues. We were still peeved but we just shrugged it off. Then we noticed one of the beds was broken and sagged in the middle. Again, we just moved on. Then one person in our party wanted coffee in the morning. The coffee maker did not work and spilled hot, coffee ”flavored” water everywhere except the cup. We had to use all but 2 hand towels to mop it up. They almost refused to give us more towels even though we told them what happened. We had 4 women in the room, we needed more towels even if that fiasco did not happen. After asking and pleading, they gave us 2 body and 2 hand towels. We got ready for the day, took some breaths, and looked forward to going out and coming back to perhaps at least a few new towels and our old, drenched towels taken away, which we left in an area of the bathroom accessible to the cleaning staff but not were it would make the whole floor slippery and endanger the cleaning staff. I am not trying to pat ourselves on the back, I am just trying to emphasize that we do not as individuals ever blame desk or floor workers unnecessarily that are trying to do their job especially when they are not being rude. This is clearly a management and owner issue but I will mention some workers were just stone-faced and very annoyed that guests were asking for help and requesting towels. Apparently, we were not the only hotel guests having issues. That being said, we came back from a long day to damp towels still there, a broken dresser, and no sign any staff had been there at all. On top of all these issues the shower drain was broken, the handicap-accessible ramps were very unsafe (lots of cracks and uneven sidewalks as well as not a well-lit parking lot). I mention this because they also were unable to give us a handicap-accessible room and one of our members has a broken leg even though we asked ahead of time.
