"Nachdem ich mehrere gute Bewertungen dieses Hotels gelesen habe, reservierte ich 3 Nächte für eine Veranstaltung in der Nähe. Das Zimmer war sauber und anständig, aber das ist, wo die gute hält. Das Hotel ist direkt auf Rt 35 und der Lärm von der Autobahn ist zu viel. Das kontinentale Frühstück ist schrecklich. Ich habe jeden Tag mit dem Manager gereinigtes Zimmer beantragt, aber es war nicht fertig. Am 6. am Abend der 2. Nacht gab es zwei Jungs, die auf meiner Tür schlagen und behaupteten, Wartung zu sein. Ich würde nicht die Tür öffnen, um ihnen zu sagen, dass ich sie nicht beantragt oder benötigt habe. Sie behaupteten, eine Duscheventil zu ändern. Nichts war mit der Dusche falsch, vielleicht war es legitim, aber wer tut das um 6 Uhr, wenn der Gast das Zimmer besetzt. Der Manager war am Wochenende aus, so habe ich mit dem Personal gesprochen, die nett waren, meine Beschwerden an den Manager weiterzugeben und sie bereitet, das zu tun und ihn mir zu schreiben. Von ihm nie gehört. Besser Orte zu bleiben in Pearsal. Dieses Hotel suckt."

"I've been treated very well by the staff and the owner during each visit. I especially like how clean it smells throughout the hotel. the rooms are spotless and the bed is more comfortable than most hotels that I've stayed at in Dilley. Other hotels offer free breakfast too, but there is always a fight over who gets the last strip of bacon. Those other hotels rarely have anyone refill breakfast items when they are all eaten. I never have that problem when I stay at this Best Western in Dilley. "

"so i had an issue where my spouse left clothes behind because from my knowledge we were getting room again , i still left at checkout time but stuff was left behind , we go back couple hours later to collect our stuff and room was unaccessable and so was my items , front desk told me i have to pay for whole new for my items so i did , i go to front office to collect my items and still couldnt have my stuff nor the room OR a refund . this place is trash . trashy hotel , trashy people just TRASH . let me add how oyo headquarters tried contacting them and they IGNORED CALLS. unbelieveable . is this how yall treat people ? ESPECIALLY PREGANT PEOPLE? ill be taking it next level and file a police report ."
