Das Hotel schien zunächst ok, weil wir vor ein paar Wochen geblieben waren, aber nachdem das Immobilien direkt eine Erstattung verweigert hat, nach unserem Erfahrungs-/Interaktionsverhältnis muss ich jetzt aussprechen. Am 16. September haben wir sehr spät geprüft (Vorbezahlt für das Zimmer). Es ist um 1 Uhr. Es dauerte mehr als eine Stunde, bis die Front Desk Staff wegen technischer Probleme uns einchecken konnten. Zu welchem Zeitpunkt wir für einen Kunden bezahlen Geld überstürzt wurden. Die Lady up Front hat Null-Kühl und war mit Corporate und mit mir im Telefon, als ich ihr sagte, dass sie meine Kreditkarte an den falschen Gast gegeben hat (Gentlemen zahlen Bargeld). Wir haben endlich unsere Schlüsselkarten, die nicht funktioniert haben, musste ich sie neu programmiert und in unser Zimmer geprüft. Die AC war aus und es riecht merkwürdig. Es ist jetzt etwa 3-4am und wir werden schlafen, und prüfen Sie den nächsten Tag. Ich habe sofort die Check-in-Problematik mit ***********, die nur 8.92 Euros (Ja Euros) für Ausgleich angeboten.
