The trails and rocky coast of Wolfe’s Neck Woods State Park and the beach at Winslow Park are less than a 15-minute drive away.A gravel pathway from the driveway brings you to a back porch and entrance to the house. The back porch gives you a view of a field, and you might catch a glimpse of birds such as robins, American goldfinches, and the occasional cardinal. From the porch, you enter the house into a small hallway with storage shelves that contain board games and other items. A wooden door brings you to the kitchen. (As is common in old houses, the door sometimes sticks, especially in the summer, so you might have to give it an extra push or pull.)The modern kitchen is fully outfitted for your convenience with dishes, cookware and cooking utensils, and flatware.
