The cozy 2-bedroom condominium, situated on the second floor of the building in Fraser within the Grand Park neighborhood, is conveniently located near trails, activities and events, making it an excellent place to relax after an active day in the mountains.

Upon entering the unit, one will find a designated area for storing all outdoor equipment conveniently in one location, along with a lengthy hallway leading to the rest of the condominium, which includes access to a spacious washer and dryer.

The living room features an open floor plan, equipped with a ceiling fan, and expansive windows that provide stunning views of the mountains. Additionally, it is furnished with a flat screen TV, a gas stove fireplace and double sized sofa sleeper for two additional sleeping arrangements and providing access to a private deck equipped with a BBQ grill for use during the warmer summer months. Adjacent to the living area is the gourmet kitchen, which serves as an excellent gathering space for enjoying meals after engaging in various outdoor activities.

The kitchen features granite countertops, bespoke wooden cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, elegant pendant lighting and a compact breakfast bar accommodating three individuals. In the center of the open floor plan, there is a dining area furnished with a sizable table and seating for four, allowing for enjoyment of the mountain vistas.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat screen television and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is similarly furnished with a queen bed and has a pack and play crib with children’s booster seat in the closet.. The second full bathroom is accessible from the hallway

The unit is equipped with several amenities, including complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, a private deck, and a gas fireplace, children’s pack-n-play crib, private ski locker; however, it does not feature air conditioning. The building provides parking for two vehicle in the open lot for onsite parking.

Guests are not allowed to smoke or have a pet on the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
