Mein Zimmer war neben dem Treppenblock, so dass ich es klar hören konnte, während ich versuchte zu schlafen. Obwohl ich weiß, dass ein Hotel nicht immer Lärm kontrollieren kann, war es eine andere Sache, die zu meiner schlechten Erfahrung hinzugefügt.

Hotel is very good. Location is very good too. Breakfast is decent the breakfast area is clean and good. Though can have more options for vegetarians and also can offer foods which are less sugary and more healthier options/suggestions like plain yogurt, plain cereal, sour dough bread,some fresh Tomatoes,cucumbers green leafs . The staff is extremely helpful Aaron the GM is a wonderful person , have to mention Tara , Belis at the breakfast area. Ian the house keeping manager and Ivan , and the ladies at the reception Nellie ,Ashley, and Lesley all are very courteous welcoming. made our stay very pleasant.l surely come here again.

Übernachtet. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. WLAN funktionierte gut. Es gibt viele kostenlose Parkplätze draußen. Es gibt ein Restaurant neben dem Hotel, aber ich habe nicht besucht. Gezahltes Frühstück wurde angeboten und es war gut. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel zeigt ein bisschen seines Alters und wird viel besser aussehen, wenn sie die Teppiche insbesondere in den Hallen entfernen. Ich würde wieder bleiben.

Meine Familie blieb hier eine Nacht für ein Reisespiel. Wir waren noch nie in einer Springhill Suites geblieben, so dass wir nicht sicher waren, was zu erwarten. Wir waren angenehmen überrascht von der Größe der Zimmer - 2 Queen-Bett und Wohnbereich mit Desk und Sofa. Großes Kleidschrank und schönes Badezimmer. Mini Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle. Das inbegriffene Frühstück war auch besser als erwartet – machen Ihre eigenen Waffeln, geschrotet Eier und Truthühner Sauce, eine Auswahl an Getreide und Joghurt, Obst, Bagel und Muffins. Alles für günstiger als andere Hotels in der Umgebung! Zimmer waren sauber und Lounge-Area vor mir, wo man Frühstück konnte, war hell und glücklich. Sicherlich werden wir nächstes Mal wieder hier bleiben, wenn wir in der Stadt für ein Fußballspiel sind.

I stayed at this hotel because I have stage 4 cancer and will need to stay overnight a couple times a week while I'm participating in a clinical trial. The trial sponsor covers the hotel up to a certain amount so I splurged a little on a king room with balcony that featured lounge access. I chatted with the front desk the night before to ask what the lounge offered. She told me that I was not eligible to use it because I was not an elite member. After going back and forth leaving me confused on why they couldn't look at their own website, I gave up hoping I would get someone else when I checked in. Unfortunately, I got the same person, Angela. When I showed her what my reservation said and the website she actually told me that I misunderstood and that it just meant that the lounge was accessible by me but I wasn't allowed to use it. She actually said ”terminology will get you every time”. If you look at the pictures I added below you'll see that the elite member benefit also says ”lounge access” benefit. So terminology had nothing to do with it. I would have asked to talk to a manager but she told me the manager agreed with her and she was at the next register and heard all of this. So, to boot, the lounge wasn't even on our floor and anyone could access it. For the cherry on top, we woke up the next day to find out that the ceiling leaked into our bag. The woman at the front desk in the morning apologized and said she would add points to my account. I haven't even seen the original stay, much less extra points. I don't have enough time to waste on gaslighting and horrible service so I won't be staying there during my clinical trial.

Booked and paid through my choice membership a week in advance. On the day of checkin called the front desk for two hours early checkin, as demanded by front desk (a male person) I agree to pay $40 extra for early checkin. Drove for 90 minutes to reach hotel, waited 15 minutes for someone to show up to check us in. The front desk lady (an Indian lady) started attending phone calls and took like 20mins to attend & talk to us. The Indian lady (attached her photo) at the front desk is completely disrespectful & rude. She told Hotel will allow checkin only after 3:00 PM, inspite of showing her the call history and earlier discussion over the phone, she bluntly denied anyone calling the front desk or any male person answering the calls. Inspite of agreeing for extra charge & earlier discussion, We requested to allow two early checkin as we are already in the city/hotel, but the lady was VERY unprofessional, rudely denied the checkin & gave free suggestion to go around the city until 3:00 PM. ARE YOU SERIOUS...!! As we already paid, we went out & came back at 3:00 PM. Now male front desk guy (can be seen in picture took 45 minutes to checkin. Even he was rude to us & other guests. Posting the pictures and videos of the person talking to the guests. He open the room with his master key & two hours late gave us the key as the lock system was not working. Rooms Don't, and I mean DONT book here. Nothing works! The disgusting smell in the rooms and hallway. The elevator is broken, our room lock was broken off, the shower wouldn’t turn on, the power outlets on either bedside table lamps didn’t worked. All the outlets in the room were broken or loose, charges fell right out when you plugged them in. Room service Will not get room service while you're staying at the hotel, no fresh towels, no cleaning, no bedsheets change during your extra days stay. No breakfast on offer. there was no continental breakfast. No coffee or anything in the Lobby. Staff is rude and intrusive. They knock on our door an hour before check out and reminded checkout time to make sure we check by 11:00 AM. I wouldn’t expect this from a hotel which claims as a 3-star hotel and charge $90 per night. I wouldn't recommend staying there for any type of event, for family vacation or business. If I could give a ZERO rating I would. Horrible staff, VERY unprofessional.
