3-Sterne-Hotels in Franklin

Wir blieben hier für eine Nacht, und das war gut, aber ich würde nicht für eine lange Reise bleiben - das wäre ein bisschen gekrampft gewesen. Zimmerkonfigurationen lassen etwas zu wünschen - trotz der Platz für eine regelmäßige Tür, war die Badezimmer Tür stattdessen eine schleifende Barttür, die Lücken verlässt und bedeutet, dass die Privatsphäre nicht wirklich möglich ist. Sie haben auch die ästhetische Wahl, eine opake Glaswand gegen die Dusche anzubieten, die sich aus dem Bettbereich ersichtlich - ich wünsche Hotels das zu stoppen. Ich habe dieses Zimmer mit einem Freund geteilt, und keiner von uns hat den Wunsch, die andere nackt zu sehen, egal wie blut dieses Bild sein kann. Funktionalität gibt Weg zur Trendin und seine zu Schaden der Hotel-Marke. Neben diesen Fragen war das Bett sehr groß und komfortabel, der Wasserdruck war gut, und das Hotel war schön in der Nähe eines Gemüsegeschäfts und Einkaufsbereich. Sehr sauber auch. Da wir so kurz geblieben waren, sahen wir nicht wirklich viel von dem Personal, aber der Service war sehr nett und effizient bei der Eincheckung. Nicht schlechte Ort zu bleiben, aber nur wissen, was zu erwarten.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer tollen Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten von Restaurants entfernt. Sie bieten am Dienstag Abend ein kostenloses Abendessen und kostenloses Frühstück jeden Morgen an. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr nett und sehr willkommen bei der Ankunft. Wir hatten ein Problem mit der Wassertemperatur in unserer Dusche, aber sie haben es sofort nachdem wir sie informiert haben. Meine einzige große Enttäuschung war ihr Bett! Es war ein Königsbett, aber in der Mitte fiel ein Gully! Es war nicht komfortabel und mein Mann endete auf dem Sofa. Ihre Kissen müssen auch ersetzt werden, da sie schwitzig gefüttert hatten. Wenn sie diese Fragen angehen, die groß sind, wäre es ein gutes Hotel. Schließlich ist es Aufgabe eines Hotels, einen guten Schlaf anzubieten. Ohne ein gutes Bett ist es schwierig, gut zu ruhen. Wir haben auch die Teppichtappe in der Nähe des Aufzugs bemerkt, so dass vielleicht ein Redo dieses Hotel in dieser Zeit benötigt wird. Marriott ist eine gute Marke, so dass ich hoffe, dass sie diese Bedenken hören und behandeln werden.

I really enjoyed my stay at Homes2suites in Franklin. The location was great with a mall and plenty of restaurants nearby. Nice lobby, with plenty of sofas, chairs and tables, and exercise room, pool and outdoor area with fireplace.The hotel was clean and the staff attentive with one of the staff members, I believe her name was Abby, exceedingly professional, courteous and kind. One suggestion would be to repair the broken tiles in the elevator. Other than that A+.

Sehr gut

Wow, this established has been open for 11 days as on 10/11/19. As I drove in, I was already impressed with the facility. But walking in this lobby blew me away. This feels more like an establishnent that is right under Intercontinental in the IHG family if brands. I have NEVER seen a full service Holiday Inn, Staybridge, Holiday Inn Express or even an Indigo this impressive. The room is large, exceptionally designed with the most comfortable beds I've slept on in a hotel. The breakfast was fairly basic, but still itquite tasty. Even though they were sold out and they were feeding about 200 people, the breakfast attatendances kept everything full and fresh. Housekeeping is simply fantastic. All the staff were exceptional, but I would like to point out the General Manager, Terri Aunkst and front desk clerk Oz. I was in the area, last minute, for an emergency. and their compassion, empathy and help was amazing. I will forever be grateful and will be a loyal customer from this point forward!!
