RESERVATIONS UPON REQUEST.*Charming 1930's cottage in the heart of Historic Downtown Franklin, TN. The Dahl House is comfy, cozy and romantic and just a block off famous 5 points. Walk to Main Street, The Franklin Theatre, Civil War Mueseums, the Antique District, coffee shops, ice cream parlors & all the boutique shops & restaurants. The home offers a gourmet kitchen, dining room, office space, laundry, DirectTV/wifi/netflix and porch living complete with porch swing, chess table & adirondacks. You are less than 20 minutes to downtown Nashville and 10 minutes to Leipers Fork Village.About pets:No pets allowed.May make exceptions for certain sizes and breeds..About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:PARKING:
Park in driveway, don’t pull up past the main house (stop well before the black flower boxes, before white picket fence starts).House was built in 1935 and so were the pipes :) please don’t flush anything but toilet paper down the toilet. Anything else will clog & cause back up,Please call to request check in times after 9pm. Please do NOT use fireplace. Please do not use towels to take make up off..About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

Wonderful Visit!! Highly Recommend!
Such a cute cottage near downtown. Close to everything in downtown Franklin. House was very clean and so charming. We had a great stay and can’t wait to be back!

A Gem!
The Dahl House is truly charming and special. Beautifully decorated and well appointed with anything and everything we needed. The location is fantastic. Waking distance to Main Street. Communication with Nanci was stellar throughout the process. We highly recommend the Dahl House to all future guests and will plan to stay again next time we are in town.

Beautiful and convenient
This charming home is so convenient. We loved walking into town and then coming back to relax. It was well setup for a quick girls trip where our goals were to relax and catch up with one another. Can’t wait to return!

A lovely House!
First, I have to say that this house is even better than the pictures. It was a 7-minute walk to downtown and all of the restaurants. It was absolutely lovely. I will be back!

Perfect cottage

Wedding in Leipers Fork, TN
Stayed two nights in June 2024 while in town for a wedding in nearby Leipers Fork. Had great communication with the owner. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen very functional. The only issue we ran into was that there wasn't DirecTV or any cable TV. WiFi didn't work very well either. Neither was a big issue for us though.
