Days Inn by Wyndham Frankfort

Very nice people! Room was clean. Bed was a bit hard. There were three aphids on the curtains, scared my wife but after asking her if she remembered seeing all the pumpkin patches coming in. I told her it made sense that aphids were around. I would stay again.

Had me change rooms in the middle of my stay even though i told them i didn’t want to change rooms. Management was very rude to me. Management threatened to call the police on me and kick me out if i didn’t change my room at 12am after i got back from a 10hour shift. So i had to change my room in the middle of the night bc they said they didn’t have anything clean earlier in the morning.

SOLO TRAVELER BEWARE. I stayed at this hotel while traveling solo to a music festival in Lexington Kentucky. One night/morning when I got back to the hotel around 1:30am my room key was not working. I tried multiple times and tried to open the door. I went to the lobby and it was LOCKED. There was a window in the side of the lobby with a pillar behind it and no one inside the lobby. Because of the pillar I couldn't see the dimly lit lot parking lot behind me. There was a ring type door I pushed it and used the intercom multiple times and no one answered. I texted the numbers listed on the window no one answered. A car pulled in. I was hoping it was a worker. I had my pepper spray out and 911 dialed in my phone. I have traveled solo and been to many concerts alone. This has been my only experience where I've been worried like this. I literally had no where to go but back to my car. I called the numbers; someone came and finally let us in. The owner also just assumed I didn't know how to open a door and explained to me how to open a door. The whole situation took about 6 minutes but remember a woman can be abducted in under 1. Also the bed ****** ass, and there were bugs in my room. I contacted Wyndham and they had the owner email me and apologize which isn't cool since he's the one made me feel unsafe.

Check-in was smooth since we had reserved online. However, we wondered if we were in the right location, since the property appeared abandoned. It took several minutes to get into our room because the door wouldn't open. It appeared to have been there since the hotel was built. I had to use some force to open and shut it. The room was clean, but that's about all. The shower had very little water pressure and was not adjustable. The bed was the hardest I'd ever slept on in a hotel. The one sitting shair was just as hard and uncomfortable.

The room was recently remodeled. Everything was clean and fresh. They are working hard to update the entire property. This is our 2nd time staying here in 7 months. We will not stay anywhere else while we are in town.

We started our arrival waiting 15 mins for someone to show up at the front desk. They started checking me in and another guy jumped in to take over, he informed me we owed more money, apparently when booking I for got to modify how many children would be with us, no big deal. We checked into our rooms, my parents had a nice decent room, issues with the refrigerator, handled immediately with non-issue. However our room.was on the second floor, very uncomfortable walking up there. The walkway was leaning to the point it felt unsafe. Once we arrived in our room, I was very disappointed. It was dark, dingy and dirty. The curtains were sown shut, the light in the sink area would not turn on. The floor is sinking in front of the dresser area, air conditioner vent broken and air just shoots out everywhere, floor was sticky and dirty. TV was broken, asked multiple days on a row to have fixed or have room changed and nothing. They told my dad they would change our room in the morning and as of check out I never heard another thing from them. Apparently this is a long term stay hotel as there were many families with screaming children in multiple rooms around us, i have children as well completely understand to a point, but not what you expect while on vac. The pool was drained and not usable which is part of the reason we booked a room there so my family would have something to do while we were staying there. Over all extremely disappointed with rhe stay and the customer serc.

The room was clean air worked well over all stay was in and out in less than 8hrs thank you will definitely consider Days Inn again 😊

The outside of the building looked horrible, the hotel looked like they let anybody stay there. The office was tacky, parking lot was horrible. The beds and rooms are too small. I will not stay there ever again. The double charged me on my room.

That place should be condemned uneven floors. The shower was dangerous dirty TV didn’t work at all for three days. I noticed other people were moving from different rooms to other rooms because the same problem no TV. The guy pretended that he was trying to fix it but never fixed. It never offered us another room. Will never stay in that room at all.
