The staff, notably the manager James, was helpful, kind, and accommodating. He played a crucial role in securing room blocks and that every detail—from additional rooms, to ensuring the conference room for our bridal suite, to the bar for our after-party festivities, was handled seamlessly. His willingness to engage in multiple conversations with us were invaluable. The hotel provided an excellent space for our guests, contributing to the overall success of our joyous celebration. Highly recommend for any special event.

We chose this property as it appeared to be quite close to Gillette stadium. We came down for a conference and didn't want to stay somewhere that would require a long drive even in the morning. I always check ******* and the reviews appeared to be quite favorable. When we checked in, it was a flawless procedure. We had to walk around the outside of the building to get to a set of stairs leading to the second floor. When we opened the door, we were greeted with a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. The hallways were quite narrow and I could tell there had been some damage to walls in the past that had been repaired. The area appeared as though many of the rooms were occupied by people who are living there. While walking down the hallway, I could smell the dirty rooms. A short distance down the hallway we walked down to another section of the property. When we opened the door, there was quite a difference! The hallway was wide, it was clean, and there was a pleasant smell. The rooms were spacious with all recently updated furnishings and fixtures. The room was equal to many other hotels that I have stayed at. The property itself was less than 2 mi from Gillette stadium, which is a bonus. I did not see anyone hanging around the rooms on our way through the hallways, but I did hear televisions playing in most of the rooms. I would recommend this property if you are looking for a place close to the stadium. I would also recommend checking first to make sure that you get one of the new rooms.
