LIVING AREAS: The open concept living areas include a beautiful gourmet kitchen with custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, walk-in pantry, granite counter tops and breakfast bar. Additionally, the easily accessible courtyard features a built-in grill and summer kitchen. Adjacent is the gracious formal dining area with vaulted ceilings and seating for 12. The family room has been designed for comfort incorporating a 65' 4K Roku Guest TV , comfortable sofas and additional seating with access to and views of the pool deck, golf course and beyond. There is a wonderful covered patio accessed from the family room and is equipped with fans, patio seating, outdoor dining for 12 and a standalone grill.
