We wish we had longer! In the posh beach town of Forte Dei Marmi, The Principe is definitely in a league of its own! The hotel was modern yet elegant and the dining experience at Lux Lucis on property is curated by Michelin Star Chef Valentino Cassanelli. The bar on the 4th floor of the Principle provides views of the Mediterranean while enjoying dessert or drinks. The beach club down the street offers an afternoon dining experience al fresco while enjoying a day on the beach. Note: the beachfront cabanas are not included in the accommodations, but may be added for an additional charge to enhance your experience. The spa services included with the accommodations are fitting of a five star resort. I decided to indulge in a facial and 80 min massage tailored to my specific requirements. The massage was a combination of deep tissue and Swedish with just the right amount of oil applied to work on some of my more stubborn knots. Ultimately, our feelings about the experience were affirmed by a local restaurateur and owner of Casamare, located in Piazza Garibaldi, who made mention that the Principle is simply the best in town!

Am Abend des Aufenthalts, die Lichter außerhalb des Hotels sind offen, die Umgebung ist sehr atmosphärisch, die Wolken und die Lichter haben ein gutes Gefühl, sich zu bequemen. Der Service ist sehr gut, hilf mir mehr, auf die Suite zu aktualisieren. Die Hardware ist etwas farblos, das Wasser ist kalt, das Wasser ist warm und das Wasser ist immer gefärbt. Sieh mal, es ist etwas alt in dem Zimmer, aber es kann akzeptiert werden.

Hotels 200 m vom Zentrum von Marmorfest Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Personal ist super freundlich und verfügbar, sie sind sehr handvoll und haben ein Lächeln für alle. Ich empfehle nachdrücklich die halbe Pension, verschiedene Menüs und mit viel Auswahl jeden Tag und Komplimente an den Koch, haben wir jeden Tag sehr gut gegessen. Sehr positive Erfahrung!

Stayed for a week at this lovely hotel on the recommendation from a friend. The hotel itself is pristine in every respect. The rooms are lovely, they seem to be freshly decorated and furnished in an elegant style with lovely fabrics and furnishings. Although we were expecting a small room, it was perfect with plenty of room for all our clothes. All the staff were super nice, charming and helpful. The chambermaids were the best. Absolutely charming and so efficient too. The breakfast was superb and served on the lovely terrace, delightful. Although the pool area is relatively small, we never had a problem getting a bed any time of the day. The pool temperature was perfect. All in all a great stay in a delightful charming Italian hotel

Per la terza volta abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura e possiamo ribadire che tutto era perfetto: accoglienza, disponibilità, ristorazione, camera e pulizia. Sono stati dieci giorni bellissimi, apprezzando specialmente la gentilezza di tutto il personale, ben gestito dal dir. signor Paolo: ci ritorneremo sicuramente ! Da non dimenticare e sottovalutare la comodità di poter pranzare nel loro accogliente bagno (Marzia) , serviti dai mitici Michele, Tito e Rolando, sempre pronti a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta, come pure il bagnino Daniele. During our two-night stay which started out pleasantly, on the first night my adult son reserved a used beach cruiser bike the hotel offers guests. The bike was unfortunately stolen. (He locked it in a proper bike rack) When we reported the theft to the hotel owner, we were treated with a lack of respect or empathy as hotel guests but rather as criminals and not a victim of crime. We promptly contacted the US Consulate who encouraged us to ask the hotel to file a report with the local police. We asked for the owner’s assistance and he said no. And, before offering any additional inquiry promptly demanded payment for the bike. He said he would contact the bike shop for documentation with the date and amount he paid for it but that never materialized. We asked about the hotel insurance policy which he claimed did not cover the bike. He did say the bike was used and thought he paid $280 about 18 months prior…(Note: we noticed the bikes were left outdoors, not in an indoor storage facility.) Following the advice from the US Consulate, we went on our own to the local police station and filed a statement. They suggested we provide the report to the hotel owner which he reluctantly accepted. At the end of the day, the paperwork had still not arrived and the owner became very belligerent and berated us for not agreeing on a payment even though we offered the 1/3 which we thought was reasonable for a used bike and without seeing any documentation. We had an early morning train the next day and requested to check out that evening but he would not let us without restitution on the bike! (Note: again the paperwork he said he’d have was never provided.) Following his hostile verbal demeanor, we called the police to ask them to help us get permission to checkout. An hour later the police said everything was taken care of. At the checkout that night (with a hotel employee, not the owner) we paid our bill and noticed a “service charge” of $140. We were told this was for the bike payment. This was half of the original “alleged” price as the documentation was not provided. We paid this just to get the unpleasant experience behind us. For context, I am a veteran traveler to Italy of more than 35 years having traveled for both work and pleasure. Presently I am a part-time tour operator organizing tours to Italy and have traveled as a guest with the Italian Government Tourist Agency/ENIT. I have stayed in luxury hotels and in simple agriturismos and have never experienced a lack absence of customer service on this level!

I’ve booked 2 rooms for my wife and our two kids… Staff tries their best to support customers with the available possibilities. Rooms are renovated at some point but doesn’t make it up to a 4 star standard. I’ve been at many places in Italy, Europe and world wide. But this hotel doesn’t deserve to have 4 stars. Best off you’re with 2 stars here, and let them work towards a 3rd. Poorly equipped rooms with minimalistic basics are a disgrace. Rooms are partly clean, with remaining sand/dirt and probably other previous room guests belongings. Air conditioning doesn’t work, remember to keep all doors / windows closed, then it will run and makes strange noises to get you off bed, but won’t cool you off. Minibar fridge is filled, but won’t cool the containing drinks and just makes noise. Rooms are without glasses for your drinks. No complimentary bottled water is provided by the hotel. Pool urgently requires cleaning to remove the stains along the water level area and the water itself. There’s no towel service at the pool. Shower at the pool didn’t work either (no water). If you drive any SUV or station wagon, you won’t be able to park inside their parking, which is available for additional € 30.-/day. Maybe you’re lucky and get a spot in front of the hotel (+€15,-/day). If not, find a spot along the street side. Bikes are available for rental +€14.- / persons & day. Good thing is, hotel is in walking distance to the beach. And for the final, the breakfast; A wide variety of breads, Cereals, fruits and more. But not at 4-Star level quality. Enjoy your stay….

Mit diesem Hotel war ich sehr zufrieden. So nett ,das gesammte Hotel Personal ,die Küche hat hervorrangende Arbeit geleist. Dieses Hotel würde ich jeder Zeit wieder für meinen Urlaub auswählen. Im nachhinein kann ich mit bestem Gewissen die Beurteilung Ausgezeichnet abgeben. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub.

We arrived at the Kyrton Hotel for a week with a coach tour Misteral holidays.. our room was lovely very comfortable bed, spotless clean, with a large bathroom walk in shower bidet with nice fluffy towels they were changed daily, we had a nice balcony with table and chairs. The garden was lovely surrounded by trees , so nice to sit and chill out reading a book. As we were on a coach tour we did feel we were given different food from the rest of the guests, who to be fair probably paid a lot more than we did. One fault at breakfast was the very hard bread which became quite a joke. But plenty if cereal and cold meat. The girls who worked in the restaurant were lovely. They tried their best to please us all. Both me and many of the other's on our trip loved the hotel and would gladly come again. Also to be welcomed by the adorable Mimi and Lucky was a bonus sweetest little dogs ever.
