Hotels in der Nähe von Tandy Hills Natural Area, Fort Worth

Mein Zimmer war für die meisten Teile ok, aber die Fläche direkt außerhalb meines Zimmers um die Tür, die ausging, war zerstört mit einem vollen Garbagetasche und einem unfertigen Kunststoffplatte Lebensmittel aus meiner Scheck am Freitag Abend durch meine Scheck am Sonntag. Beide Objekte nahmen schwere Mengen von Bienen und anderen Fehler an.

Das Hotel war unterwegs und es schien, als hätte es einen großen Blick auf die Stadt, aber das Kunststoff auf den Fenstern wegen der Gemälde, die gemacht wurde. Aber außer dass alles ok war. Das Hotel hatte nicht meine Reservierung hatte auch nicht die Reise-App zu prüfen, um mein Zimmer zu bekommen, aber nachdem alles getan wurde, war das Hotel gut und wir haben frische Handtücher es war gut Service.

The staff very friendly n kind and understanding we lost our home to a fire a neighbor started n they let us stay in parking lot until we can check in I do recommend the motel it's easy to get to n you got some restaurants around but they always greet you with smiles and address you with respect the one young man name Dev so sweet he really knows how to treat the guest ,the matience guy very cool ,this other guy tall guy can't remember his name but I had messed up on the app making the reservation n he took the time to helps us fix the reservation n get us in the room . we are leaving Texas for had nothing but bad luck here ,but if you come visit Fort Worth this is the place to stay. If you want to be entertained n you like to shoot guns go to shoot smart on Lancaster n the 820 freeway another amazing place it's all family oriented but thank you all to the staff n manger n matience n housekeepers thank you all for you amazing hospitality much love from Kimberly n my husband keep up the great work u do

Das Hotel ist in der Dekoration, das Software-Kleid des Zimmers sieht sehr neu aus. Die Isolierung ist schlecht, das Geräusch der Kinder, das Geräusch der Korridore hört sich sehr deutlich. Der Geräusch des Betriebs der Geräte kommt plötzlich in dem Zimmer, ich weiß nicht, welche Geräte. Es beeinflusst den Schlaf. Das Badezimmer ist nicht sauber, das Haar ist noch da. Die Straße ist Wassergarten, eine bequeme Tour. Sie ist auch nahe der Bahnhof. Die geografische Lage ist überlegen.

Das Hotel ist nicht neu, aber die Hygiene ist sauber. Neben dem Hotel gibt es eine spezielle Parkplatz, sehr sicher und die Parkgebühr scheint 20 Megamesse. Das Frühstück ist reicher als das normale Hotel. Die Nacht schlafen ist sehr ruhig.

Great Stay, great service

My daughter and I were traveling for a gymnastics competition. We were pleased with the location's proximity to the Fort Worth Convention Center and dining options. The room and hotel were pretty clean overall. However, these are the weird things that ruined our stay: - The bathroom door knob was missing. I know it sounds weird, but there was no knob--just a big hole in the door where one should be. - The heat in our room did not work. We were cold and had it set to 80, but it only blew cold air. - Upon arrival at breakfast (included with our specific booking) no one acknowledged us or greeted us. We waited for a while and then I tracked down a worker putting out food to ask if we seat ourselves or if someone seats us. She did not reply to me (language barrier), but got someone to tell us we could just seat ourselves. It was confusing and unwelcoming. I witnessed other patrons enter after me and share the same confusion and have to ask as well. A simple greeting, welcome, or explanation could go a LONG way. I am not typically a complainer, so the issues above would've normally been mentioned at checkout for resolution before the next time they put someone in the room. It wasn't worth the hassle of moving to a different room. - (This was the biggie.) We had a family enter our room because they were given keys and assigned OUR room at check in. We had not checked out, and now our keys would no longer work. The family returned to the desk and were assigned a different room. When I asked about this mix up at the desk, they told me they ”didn't know how that had happened” like I was somehow making it up. They reprogrammed our key cards and assured us that no one else would bother us during the remainder of our stay. - They charged me for one night of parking instead of two, and charged me for breakfast although it was included with my booking. These charges were resolved and an apology was extended for the inconveniences of the stay. I would not stay at this hotel again, and will choose differently when traveling there next year. It was a hassle and a disappointment.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Ich war bestürzt, als ich mein Auto zu einem Preis von 30 USD / Nacht aufräumen musste, worüber ich vor der Ankunft nicht informiert wurde. Ich hatte das Gefühl, ich sollte es erwähnen, damit andere wissen, was sie erwartet. Der Standort befindet sich direkt am Kongresszentrum, das ungefähr 5 km mit dem Auto von den Stockyards entfernt ist. Das Zimmer war sauber, ebenso das Hotel. Ich habe mich dort absolut sicher gefühlt und war mit meinem Aufenthalt insgesamt zufrieden.
