The room was very clean, the bathroom was like new and really NICE..so were the Towels.. The bed mattresses were very comfortable and I loved the pillows and 4 of them.. so full and soft. Happy with the room. We were there only as a bedroom as we were busy visiting family. My son had made the reservations and He forgot that I wanted a pool.. no pool.. and no Free breakfast.. the exercise room looked nice .. It wasn't that far from the Stockyards that we were to visit and close to family.. So Overall .. it met our needs.. I really liked the room. Was not empressed by the lack of friendliness of front desk.. If you don't care about no pool.. The room itself is worth the trip..

We stayed here for 4 nights and my husband is Platinum Elite. We paid cash. The pool area was gross, very obviously not cleaned daily as hair and garbage would be there day after day. Our phone didn’t work in our room and was never fixed. One day when my baby was napping I had a do not disturb sign on the door and maintenance entered. I screamed at them. I was very upset. I contacted the front desk and they were rude about it. I was not offered any refund for our experience. The day we checked in there was a woman who was too busy smoking outside to help us with a key or pack n play. We kept trying to call down stairs but no one answered. My husband had to go find her.

It was a nice hotel, needs updating. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. The room was clean and I felt safe throughout. Some of the silly things- the room set up if you’re sitting on the bed you can look someone sitting on the toilet eye to eye (it bothered my husband), the toiletries didn’t match brands - kudos for using what you have but I much prefer the bottles on the shower wall and having shower gel vs the bar of soap. The price was good and the location was convenient

Vermeiden Sie dieses Hotel! Unser Zimmer war grob bei der Ankunft. Der Geruch war das schlimmste. Das erste Zimmer, unser Badezimmer war voller Haare und schmutziger Bademantel. Etwas sehr böse wurde über die Wand über dem Müll geschmissen, und die Luft war nicht cool. Wir baten um ein anderes Zimmer und wurden bewegt. Das zweite Zimmer war sauber, aber noch ein feines Geruch. Der Schrankschrank/Pool fiel auf meinen Sohn. Sie kamen viel später und fixierten nur, um es wieder zu fallen. Unser Toilettenhandwerk brach und es dauerte 2 Tage, um es zu reparieren. Wir mussten das Unternehmensbüro anrufen, um jemanden in den Raum zu bringen, um das Toilette zu reparieren. Das Frontdesk würde es nicht ansprechen. Das angekündigte Shuttle war nicht laufend. Die Bar war voll geöffnet, aber das anzeigete Restaurant wurde geschlossen, weil der Koch nicht für 2 Nächte gezeigt hat. (Ganz sicher war das gegen das Mandat der staatlichen Gesundheitsdienste). Wir hatten mehrere Freunde in verschiedenen Zimmern mit anderen Fragen. Die Kaffeehersteller nicht arbeiten, der Fernseher nicht arbeiten, der Kühlschrank nicht kühlen usw. Um unsere schlechte Erfahrung ab ... beim Checkout zu erzielen, hatte die Rechnung so viele zusätzliche Gebühren, dass wir noch streiten, dass sie unsere Kosten verdoppelt. Wir haben eine Woche gerufen und können keinen Manager bekommen, und es wird gesagt, er ist der einzige, der uns helfen kann. Ich habe endlich wieder das Unternehmensbüro angerufen und wartete auf eine Antwort. Ich habe auch die Gebühren bei der Prüfung beanstandet, aber es wurde gesagt, da war kein Manager vor Ort und das Front Desk konnte es nicht reparieren.

Es ist ein schönes Hotel, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Auf Spazierfahrt von den Geschäften und Restaurants, die Fort Worth Stockyards bieten. Auch der Pool ist gut gepflegt und fein. Für kleine Gerichte (Frühstück/Mittagessen/Abend, verschiedene Starbucks-Kaffee (auch in Eis-Version) und andere Getränke können Sie in der Lobby zurechtkommen.
Bereitschaft, dass Parken des Autos (Valet Parken) kostet 20 Dollar pro Nacht. Aber es ist gut mit freundlichem Personal geregelt.

As much as I'd like to give this hotel 5 stars, I won't. It's a very charming old hotel, which I love. But our room was not at all what I would have expected for $400.00. When we walked in, the shutters were closed, and when I opened them, the clips that held the lace curtains were missing in some spots and made the curtains look saggy and in bad shape. Then there was the bathroom. In the middle of the night after I got up to use the toilet, the water wouldn't stop running. My husband had to stand on the bathtub and lift the top of the tank, jiggle the part of the toilet that makes the tank fill up, and then the water stopped running. This happened not once, but twice! The toilet was supposed to look like an old water closet toilet with a pull chain. So the pipe that went from the up in the air tank down to the toilet had two places where someone had built wooden boxes to cover the pipe's metal attachments. The one that was supposed to be affixed to the tank was cracked and hanging down. Then there was the shower experience. The lever that makes the water hotter or colder was coming out of the fixture. And when I was taking my shower, the drain wasn't draining. The water got up to almost the top of the tub before I finished. It finally drained out after about 10 minutes. And the last thing was the handles on the sink were installed so that the hot side turned on one way and the cold turned on the opposite way. I would expect this kind of thing in a Days Inn or a Red Roof Inn, but not a $400.00 room. My opinion of the Stockyards Hotel was that it's old and needs a lot of repair. It is my understanding that one of the bigger and more expensive hotels is going to come in and renovate it, but for now, don't waste your money. It's a rip-off.

Das Hotel liegt im Norden der Stadt, ganz nah beim Stockyards-Distrikt - Reisenden ist auch zu empfehlen, in diesem Teil der Stadt unterzukommen, denn die Downtown ist ausgesprochen langweilig. Der Check-in geht schnell und unkompliziert. Die Zimmer selbst sind ordentlich und sehr geräumig, jedoch ist die Sauberkeit nicht über alle Zweifel erhaben, denn auch Wände und Decken sollten ab und zu gereinigt werden - und das war scheinbar länger nicht geschehen. Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber auch mit frischen Komponenten und eine positive Überraschung. Der Parkplatz hinter dem Haus ist praktisch, jedoch funktioniert das Zufahrtssystem nicht ohne Probleme.

We bought a Groupon with some friends on at the spur of the moment and decided to forgo our weekend usual of being at the lake and instead drove 12 miles to this lovely hotel. The entire staff was friendly, courteous, and went out of their way to make sure our overnight stay was top notch. The pool is bigger than most hotel pools and very, very quiet. We packed a cooler and made a day of it at the pool. Eric, the shuttle driver dropped us at a little hole-in-the-wall restaurant for dinner and then picked us up when we called him. He helped with the mini refrigerators we needed and even provided extra pillows. We had a great time at the hotel. So much fun that we did it two weekends in a row!!

Ich habe auch für Hampton Inn & Suites zuvor gearbeitet. Dieses Gebäude verfügt über sehr gut ausgebildete Mitarbeiter, extrem professionelle und willkommene Front Desk Mitarbeiter und super sauber schön super saubere Zimmer und Einrichtungen. 5 Sternen ganz auf dem Weg für dieses Gebäude!

My first time at this Courtyard Marriott. The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. Mr. Lyons greeted me with a big smile and polite manner, he couldn’t have been more helpful. I enjoyed seeing that smile everyday he was there. The room was clean and spacious, The bed and pillows were the best! It was so comfy! Best sleep I’ve had in a while. All snuggled in the clean, comfy, cozy bed, with great pillows, the black out curtains closed and AC keeping the room cool in our 105 degree weather. The room had a refrigerator which was nice to have. The cleaning ladies did a great job and were so nice and helpful. I miss Mr Lyons smile and kindness. I would definitely stay again.

ZZD & LDDas Hotel ist ein tolles Hotel in einer bequemen Lage mit mehreren Alternativen zum Abendessen und Aktivitäten. Wir waren froh mit dem Layout und der Gesamtqualität des Hotels. Die Zimmerküche waren großartig, so dass wir in und entspannen konnten. Unser einziger Rückzug über die Erfahrung war schlafen. Großes Königsbett so keine Beschwerden im Zimmer, aber sehr unkomfortable. Die Linen waren zerstreut und Federn-Kleider waren nicht so komfortabel, wie ich mir vorstellen würde, wenn man den Kaliber der anderen Einrichtungen betrachtet.
Wenn Sie nicht die Fluff und Komfort in den Bettausstattungen brauchen, sind Sie mit dieser Hotelwahl fest. Ich gebe dieses Hotel einen festen 4.5 für Komfort und Komfort für das Unternehmen, aber wenn Sie den Luxus eines Urlaubs und weiche Kissen zu bat betrachten einen höheren Preispunkt haben wollen.
Insgesamt ist dieses Hotel, das Personal und die Einrichtungen für einen einfachen Aufenthalt zu erwähnen. Ich kann auch keine Schuld von einem der Hotelpersonal oder der Affiliate, die sie scheinen mit Autospausen zu behandeln. Es gab einen kleinen Vorfall, der sehr professionell von Personal behandelt wurde, das ich am Tag Check-out bemerkte. Parkplatz ist groß und dicht war sicherlich nur eine Zufallsfrage und das Personal war oberst die Gewährleistung der Gäste und die Zubehör waren oberste Priorität.

GGuest UserDieses Hotel war außergewöhnlich sauber, da ich sicher bin, dass es die meisten mit der Tatsache zu tun hat, dass es relativ neu ist. Und das Personal war ständig reinigen. Die Zimmer sind ruhig und sehr komfortabel! Das Bett und die Kissen waren die komfortablesten, die ich jemals geschlafen habe, und das Zimmer wird super dunkel, wenn Sie die Schatten ziehen, auch in der Mitte des Tages. Unser Zimmer hatte nur eine Dusche, es wäre schön gewesen, einen Duschetube Combo, aber all in allem werde ich dieses Zimmer und Hotel fünf Sterne geben! Die Lage ist ideal für Einkaufen und Restaurants in der Nähe. Und auch, es ist auf den Ufer von Ft. Wert, so Verkehr ist nicht zu schrecklich umherkommen. Das Frühstück war gut und hatte eine anständige Auswahl, Waffeln, Eier, Bacon, Oatmeal, Yoghurt, Getreide, Muffins, Saft und Kaffee. Negativ: Pool war eingefroren! Ich dachte, für einen Innenpool würde es heißen...

GGuest UserDie Väter und die Grüße waren freundlich und willkommen. Unsere Jr. Suite war sehr schön und sauber. Es war angenehmen überrascht, dass es zwei Fernsehsets gab, eine im Wohnbereich und eine im Schlafzimmer. Der Innenpool ist klein, aber ich reise nicht mit Kindern, und es war schön, dass ich flogen kann. Jacuzzi war warm für meinen Geschmack, aber nicht warm genug für meinen Mann. Der Jacuzzi hatte keinen starken Jet-Strom. Leider fehlt das Frauenzimmer ein Tauchen. Das Frühstück war großartig! Frische warme Pancakes und Eier zum Bestellen gemacht. Insgesamt würde ich es einen Score von 4.8 geben. Leider war das Patio-Gebiet nicht für die Öffentlichkeit verfügbar. Wegen der Lage, des Services und jetzt, da ich weiß, dass der Ort für Veranstaltungen verfügbar ist, weiß ich, dass ich diesen Ort für meine Highschool-Versammlung fördern werde.

PPioneer17948243883Ich bin in den letzten 6 Wochen mehrmals in dieses Hotel gekommen, um einen Verwandten zu besuchen, der ins Krankenhaus ist. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und komfortabel, es gibt jeden Morgen ein schönes komplimentäres Frühstück, die Lage ist ideal in der Nähe einiger großer Restaurants, der Antike-Stufe der Montgomery Street und einfacher Zugang zum Harris Hospital. Was _real_ macht diesen Ort groß ist jedoch das Personal. Von Front Desk bis Hausaufbewahrung bis zur Instandhaltung bis ”Das Frühstück Damen” scheint jeder wirklich Freude zu finden, ihren Gästen zu helfen. Diese Lächeln und begrüßen und hilfsbereite Einstellungen machen mich wie eine der Familie fühlen. Sie können viel über einen Ort erzählen die Art und Weise, wie das Personal miteinander interagiert, wenn sie denken, niemand sieht ...Diese sind gute Leute, die sich gegenseitig lieben und lieben, ihre Gäste zu dienen. Meine erste Erfahrung hat mich zurückgekehrt, und jetzt gibt es keinen Ort, wo ich lieber bleiben.

GGastnutzerMy daughter and I were traveling for a gymnastics competition. We were pleased with the location's proximity to the Fort Worth Convention Center and dining options. The room and hotel were pretty clean overall.
However, these are the weird things that ruined our stay:
- The bathroom door knob was missing. I know it sounds weird, but there was no knob--just a big hole in the door where one should be.
- The heat in our room did not work. We were cold and had it set to 80, but it only blew cold air.
- Upon arrival at breakfast (included with our specific booking) no one acknowledged us or greeted us. We waited for a while and then I tracked down a worker putting out food to ask if we seat ourselves or if someone seats us. She did not reply to me (language barrier), but got someone to tell us we could just seat ourselves. It was confusing and unwelcoming. I witnessed other patrons enter after me and share the same confusion and have to ask as well. A simple greeting, welcome, or explanation could go a LONG way.
I am not typically a complainer, so the issues above would've normally been mentioned at checkout for resolution before the next time they put someone in the room. It wasn't worth the hassle of moving to a different room.
- (This was the biggie.) We had a family enter our room because they were given keys and assigned OUR room at check in. We had not checked out, and now our keys would no longer work. The family returned to the desk and were assigned a different room. When I asked about this mix up at the desk, they told me they ”didn't know how that had happened” like I was somehow making it up. They reprogrammed our key cards and assured us that no one else would bother us during the remainder of our stay.
- They charged me for one night of parking instead of two, and charged me for breakfast although it was included with my booking. These charges were resolved and an apology was extended for the inconveniences of the stay.
I would not stay at this hotel again, and will choose differently when traveling there next year. It was a hassle and a disappointment.

PpjshooterkbThe staff very friendly n kind and understanding we lost our home to a fire a neighbor started n they let us stay in parking lot until we can check in I do recommend the motel it's easy to get to n you got some restaurants around but they always greet you with smiles and address you with respect the one young man name Dev so sweet he really knows how to treat the guest ,the matience guy very cool ,this other guy tall guy can't remember his name but I had messed up on the app making the reservation n he took the time to helps us fix the reservation n get us in the room . we are leaving Texas for had nothing but bad luck here ,but if you come visit Fort Worth this is the place to stay. If you want to be entertained n you like to shoot guns go to shoot smart on Lancaster n the 820 freeway another amazing place it's all family oriented but thank you all to the staff n manger n matience n housekeepers thank you all for you amazing hospitality much love from Kimberly n my husband keep up the great work u do

The hotel room was horrendous, not safe and not fit for people to stay at. I don’t want other people making the same mistake of staying there…I tried complaining at the front desk but they wanted nothing to do with me. The front door to the room was hanging off the wall, connected only at the bottom, blinds and window didn’t work and both stuck closed, the fire alarm was hanging off the wall and didn't work with exposed electric cables, bathroom door was kicked in with a hole in it, the mirror was smashed, it smelt like something was decomposing and the window frames and walls were covered in mould. Next level bad!
