Overall good experience except room size was small and there was a plumbing issue in that room (sink stopped up). Inn operators were helpful and responsive.

the room I had was quiet and comfortable after kindly being changed from having noisy people next door to my first room. Unfortunately, the window treatments seen from the outside and the unkempt grounds gives this hotel a look of caution but, it really is a decent stay.

The remote did not work when we first for there. The staff eventually got it fixed after 20 minutes. It stopped woeking again the next day and took another 20 minites or so to figure it out. The phone in the room did not work. The ice machine was broken. They cleaned my bed the second day because i spilled something on it, took my comforter and never brought me another back. I found a pair of shoes that the previous guest left in our room. So much for cleanliness!! They had the "lobby/breakfast" area lights off so we couldnt sit there and just hang out. One of the worst experiences.

Ac in room didn’t work. Said something to the person at the front desk and all we got was “oh really?” Then did nothing. It was 80 degrees in the lobby and dining area, bathroom spelled like stale pee, ice machine broke, breakfast wasn’t very good.

I had reserved this hotel for two nights. I spent one night and when I woke up I had small clear dots on my hand. They were spider bites. I actually seen the spider and took pictures of it. Went to the front desk and said I was checking out instead of staying for the second night and I was told they would not reimburse me for the second night. I showed the manager the picture of the spider and he just grinned and said oh okay. No consideration of addressing the problem or making it right for me. I had to get another hotel and still pay for this one. Totally unacceptable.
