Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen für den Preis übertroffen. Wenn Sie Neapel besuchen und alle Hotels ausgebucht sind, verpassen Sie nicht das Hyatt, es ist nur 30 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Wir lieben diesen Ort sauber und ruhig.

My family and I recently stayed at this property after our flight was canceled due to Tropical Storm Debbie. I needed to find a place rather quickly and came across this Courtyard in the Bonvoy app. Upon arrival, we were granted early check-in, which was a huge plus as we had been up early, hoping to get out of Southwest Florida before further flooding occurred. Our room was modestly appointed with two queen beds and clean linens. The room was damp despite the AC trying to keep up with the constant humidity. My wife and kids could use the clean hotel pool, which kept them well entertained while I attended to some work calls in the room. The staff is overall friendly and very accommodating. For convenience, a restaurant adjacent to the property can be walked to, and the food was pretty tasty. Well our stay was mostly out of necessity, I would think about re-booking again if passing through the Fort Myers area.

Lovely new hotel. Warm greeting. Nice room. Comfortable beds. A little too dark: had to go out and buy and brighter bulb for the lamp in order to have a good reading light. Strange to have a little ”kitchenette” with microwave, fridge and coffeemaker without a sink, which used to be normal for Springhill Suites. Really miss that sink. Also, the new concept combines the lavatory with the toilet and shower. We prefer the divided concept where one person can use the lavatory while the other uses the bathroom. But we had an enjoyable stay and will likely stay there again.

Sehr zufrieden mit unserer Erfahrung. Dieses ist kein neues Hotel, aber alles war schön. Hüte und Matratzen waren komfortabel. Lage war leicht zu erreichen und das Personal war hilfreich. Unser Highlight war Tammy, der M-W im Frühstücksbereich arbeitet. Sie ist ein Gem!!! Sie sprach mit jedem einzelnen Gast und Sie fühlten sich wie sie alte Freunde in ihrem eigenen Haus hostete. Wir fanden heraus, dass sie gewöhnt war, so dass wir mit ihr gesprochen haben, uns mit ihrem Talent zu gratulieren! Wir waren nicht enttäuscht, noch waren es diejenigen, die sie im Halle hörten und haltten damit an, wie viel sie genossen, sie zu hören! Ernsthaft, sie war so süß! Wir baten sie um lokale Dinge zu tun, und sie dauerte ihre Pause, um uns ausführliche Informationen zu geben. Ich würde wieder hier nur wegen ihr bleiben! Das einzige negative, war, dass der Pool einige Chemikalien verwenden könnte. Die Wände waren voller grüner Algen.

Wir besuchten Fort Myers für eine Hochzeit in der Innenstadt (erste Zeiter in Amerika aus Wales, UK) und wir blieben 4 Nächte. Die Lage ist ideal für den Preis sehr nahe zu allem aber sehr vernünftige Preise. Das Hotel ist ein wenig müde, aber es ist sauber und hat einen schönen Pool, das Frühstück war auch super gut bei 9.95 Dollar, für ein warmes Buffet. Was das Hotel für uns eine tolle Wahl machte, war das schöne, willkommene und hilfreiche Team ... Ich wünsche mir nur, dass ich den Namen aller erinnern konnte! Der wunderschöne Gentleman, den wir am ersten Ankunftstag getroffen und die meisten Tage sahen (Schottland/Amerika) war super hilfreich und über die Gegend informiert, und sein Kollege (nachtsporter) war auch großartig, ein junger Mann (Ich denke, Duty Manager für die ersten 2 Tage) War super effizient, freundlich und gab uns Rat darüber, wie man um die lokale Umgebung zu kommen, die Dame mit dem wunderschönen Lächeln, Glas und braun/dunkel roter Schulter lang Haar auf der Rezeption war so willkommen und Debbie vom Frühstück war wirklich fantastisch ein Vermögen für die Team, so viele andere Mitarbeiter haben auch unseren Aufenthalt gemacht, die alle ein willkommenes Lächeln und hallo gab. Andere Bewertungen sagen ungeschmackliche Charaktere um das Hotel usw. in der Nacht, Ich würde nicht in der Nacht in einem fremden Land/Stadt zu meinem Haus wandern, ja es gab einige gefährdete Menschen in den Straßen in der Nacht (wie die meisten der Welt) , Sie könnten im 'poshest Hotel in der Welt' sein und noch in Gefahr sein, Ich habe sicherlich nicht unsicher im Hotel gefühlt. Dies ist ein gutes, freundliches Hotel. Danke nochmals jedem. Bis zum nächsten Mal x

We love this location right in the middle of downtown Fort Myers, Florida. We've stayed here a few times, including before the recent renovation. There is a an interesting variety of rooms with different layouts which we enjoyed. This time we chose a King room with balcony and city view. The balcony is small but big enough for 2 people and while it does have an ok ”city view,” it also looks down upon another roof below with all the air conditioners (something we do not like when paying extra for a ”view”). However, you can also see the river along with a bit of Patio DeLeon, in the middle of downtown Fort Myers. At night, is where the view shines with all the colorful lighting and usual music can be heard from live musicians. This room is fairly large for a boutique hotel with a larger than usual TV. However, the TV and dresser on which it sits are oddly placed in a corner at an angle, and pretty far from the bed detracting from the size of the screen. Programming is not in HD and also not set to the correct proportions (everything was vertically compressed) and the remote does not allow adjustments for this. It has a nice kitchenette area with a mini fridge but no microwave which we thought it should have given the price for the room and how inexpensive small microwaves cost (It may have been an option but it should already be there). Shower is very nice but every 30 seconds the water pressure dropped, then climbed back up - no biggie, just odd. Toilet paper seemed cheap for this type of hotel but all other items seemed to match this type of hotel. You have to pay $3 per bottle for the 2 bottles that are already in the room. It's like ”nickel and diming” for something as inexpensive as bottled water - like having no microwave, it takes away from the experience given the price of the room. Some light fixtures were not fully seated into the ceiling and like most hotels, the air vent in the bathroom had visible dust (I realize most people don't even look at these things, but I tend to notice it). The bed, although newer, was very firm, and not what we typically find in an upscale hotel. The walls are ”thin” allowing sounds from outside and adjacent rooms to be heard which is just an observation, not necessarily a negative. Front desk personnel were friendly, professional and helpful. Parking options are basically valet or one of 2 nearby parking garages. One parking garage is literally across the street which worked great for us at a lot less than using valet - pros and cons to each. The ice machine on our floor was not working which requires you to acquire ice on another floor (we were on the 7th floor - the top floor). There is a nice little rooftop bar which has a similar view of the city as our room but a little higher. The bar area has decent seating with a good mix of small couches, chairs and high top tables. We did not eat or have room service during this stay but it's available. Overall, it's a very nice, small hotel in an ideal, convenient location and we will definitely go back.

We enjoyed a perfectly fine stay in early March 2024. The location was good, and just a short 5-10 min walk from shops, restaurants and bars in Fort Myers (although, be mindful of needing to cross a very large intersection just outside the hotel). Plenty of free parking in their lot, but no EV chargers. Being a brand new hotel, the actual rooms/bathrooms were clean and comfortable. But as one reviewer notes, the HVAC unit was noisy. Wasn't a problem for us, but may be for others. Breakfast and other amenities are as you would you expect with any Hampton Inn. But special shout out to Beth who served breakfast each morning during our stay! Would stay here again.
