Wir blieben hier für die Nacht und es sollte 2 Nächte sein. Unsere Reservierung wurde 2 mal abgebrochen, wir wurden am Samstag geprüft und unsere Schlüssel sind deaktiviert, als wir nicht geprüft hatten. Wir haben unsere Sachen zurückgeholt und dann zurückgelassen. Die Reinigungsfrau ging in, während mein Mann am Samstagmorgen um 8:30 Uhr das Schlafzimmer benutzte. Wenn die Abfertigung nicht bis 11 Uhr ist, warum kommen sie so früh? Blinde wurden geschlossen und die Tür wurde geschlossen. Es gab einen riesigen weißen ”intim” Spot auf dem Teppich zwischen den 2 Betten. Die Dusche Kopf sind so schmutzig, es gibt keinen Druck. Um 6 Uhr stand eine Dame außerhalb unserer Tür und schrie an jemanden, der sie eine Mutter f****** nennt. Ich habe Kinder und wir haben Sie fahren durch die Nacht, sie waren sofort wach. Die Bilder dieses Hotels online sehen nicht so aus wie das eigentliche Hotel ist. Das ist falsche Werbung! Das ist illegal. Ich möchte mit jemandem über diesen schrecklichen Ort sprechen.

We stayed one night. When checking in, the front desk person could not find my rate and tried to tell me if was a higher rate. This should have been my first clue as to the type of hotel it is. Going into the room, it was medium clean, but we were only staying one night and less than 12 hours so we thought we could survive. It wasn't until the next morning that we saw there was no soap for a shower, which would have been ok as I had some with me, but the water pressure was terrible, and this was at 6 am. We passed on a shower, packed our bags and went to breakfast. I told the front desk clerk and she made a production about writing down the room number and they would check out the water pressure. I also mentioned that there was no soap. She said that we could have requested another room, but they did know there wasn't enough soap available because the order didn't come in. (hello, you're by a large city; aren't there any supercenters around?) Then we ate breakfast, not a very good one, and no juice available in the machine -- what's wrong with buying plastic containers and putting the juice in a small dispenser? When we sat down, the table next to us was laughing at what I'd said to the desk clerk. They had so little water pressure that it took 20 minutes to wash out the soap in their hair! As we talked to them, they had the same complaints we did. We finished packing the car and checked out. I asked for a receipt and we had a charge for a wall safe that we never used. I asked for it to be taken off and she did so reluctantly. I will check my credit card bill to make sure this happened. All in all, I would never stay there again. I called corporate and complained, and I just received an email (not very professionally written and full of misspellings and grammar mistakes) stating that I received a discounted rate and they were not going to discount the room any more. I think I've convinced my husband that the cheapest hotel is not necessarily the way to go. Remember, you get what you pay for.

Zuerst sage ich, das Personal war großartig! Leider habe ich 2 Hexen getötet, die auf meinen persönlichen Artikeln klappen.. als wir zuerst unser erstes Zimmer angekommen war, war das Toilette nicht gebrochen, der Typ der Wartung kam, um es zu reparieren. Es funktionierte, wie er es repariert, dann funktionierte es nicht.. Das Badezimmer hatte Patcharbeit und schmutzige Decken. Mein Fußboden war schwarz aus den Teppichen.. muss sagen! Versuchen Sie nicht zu beurteilen andere, aber dieses Hotel wird eindeutig für Drogen verwendet : crackhead-Hidden.. Es gab schreckliche Leute in und aus. Alle parken Autos sind abgelaufen. Der Manager, mit dem wir heute gesprochen haben. Er erstattet uns einen Tag oder zwei von $ für das, was alles passiert ist. Er wollte das Problem offensichtlich nur aus dem Weg nehmen, aber wenn Sie es verwalten, müssen Sie alle Eigenschaften betreuen, man würde denken! Kein Frühstück / Kaffee ist es nicht wert. Er sagte, wir hätten früher gebeten hätten WIR WE niemand war gut, er auch zu beschweren.. Gigi war erstaunlich! Nur einer, der uns geholfen hat, die Dinge zu unterlegen.. Ich würde die zusätzliche $100 auf ein saubereres, schönes Hotel ausgeben.. auch/ das erste Zimmer wir waren in sah es aus wie es Pop-Fliesen auf ihm hatte- und Fliesen auf dem Bett... Wunder, woher die Felsen kamen. Keine Bettwäsche oder andere Fehler. Und das letzte, was wir letzte Mittwoch Zimmer wechselten und heute Morgen Montag Morgen Beschwerden .... Unser Zimmer wurde nicht durch Hauspflege gereinigt wir mussten den Manager bitten, unser Zimmer zu reinigen... 2 Sterne.... Pool ist sehr sauber-

Das Zimmer war sehr nett Frühstück war groß Personal ist sehr nett Jedes Mal, wenn ich wieder in der Stadt werde das mein Spot ist großartig Lage öffentliche Fläche halten nett Blick konnte ich die Sonne und die Sonne aufsteigen aus meinem Zimmer. Ich genieße meine Wege, weil ich in Best Western bleiben. Ohhhh, wenn Sie sehr allergisch sind wie ich besorgt nicht rauchen kostenlos durch das ganze Hotel in oder außerhalb und Staub kostenlos. Meine größte Haustiere Peeves ist Staub und sogar die Ak-Einheit war Staub kostenlos. Danke für die Wartung eines Staubfreien Ac Vent.

Die Lage war ideal

We love this location right in the middle of downtown Fort Myers, Florida. We've stayed here a few times, including before the recent renovation. There is a an interesting variety of rooms with different layouts which we enjoyed. This time we chose a King room with balcony and city view. The balcony is small but big enough for 2 people and while it does have an ok ”city view,” it also looks down upon another roof below with all the air conditioners (something we do not like when paying extra for a ”view”). However, you can also see the river along with a bit of Patio DeLeon, in the middle of downtown Fort Myers. At night, is where the view shines with all the colorful lighting and usual music can be heard from live musicians. This room is fairly large for a boutique hotel with a larger than usual TV. However, the TV and dresser on which it sits are oddly placed in a corner at an angle, and pretty far from the bed detracting from the size of the screen. Programming is not in HD and also not set to the correct proportions (everything was vertically compressed) and the remote does not allow adjustments for this. It has a nice kitchenette area with a mini fridge but no microwave which we thought it should have given the price for the room and how inexpensive small microwaves cost (It may have been an option but it should already be there). Shower is very nice but every 30 seconds the water pressure dropped, then climbed back up - no biggie, just odd. Toilet paper seemed cheap for this type of hotel but all other items seemed to match this type of hotel. You have to pay $3 per bottle for the 2 bottles that are already in the room. It's like ”nickel and diming” for something as inexpensive as bottled water - like having no microwave, it takes away from the experience given the price of the room. Some light fixtures were not fully seated into the ceiling and like most hotels, the air vent in the bathroom had visible dust (I realize most people don't even look at these things, but I tend to notice it). The bed, although newer, was very firm, and not what we typically find in an upscale hotel. The walls are ”thin” allowing sounds from outside and adjacent rooms to be heard which is just an observation, not necessarily a negative. Front desk personnel were friendly, professional and helpful. Parking options are basically valet or one of 2 nearby parking garages. One parking garage is literally across the street which worked great for us at a lot less than using valet - pros and cons to each. The ice machine on our floor was not working which requires you to acquire ice on another floor (we were on the 7th floor - the top floor). There is a nice little rooftop bar which has a similar view of the city as our room but a little higher. The bar area has decent seating with a good mix of small couches, chairs and high top tables. We did not eat or have room service during this stay but it's available. Overall, it's a very nice, small hotel in an ideal, convenient location and we will definitely go back.

Die Lage ist perfekt, es ist sehr nah an Bell Tower, Dave & Busters und viele gute Restaurants. Und es ist auch nur 20 Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt. Im Allgemeinen ist das Hotel sauber. Ich habe jedoch ein wenig Haar auf dem Toilette gefunden, muss ich eine Desinfektionsreinigung verwenden, um es selbst zu reinigen. Darüber hinaus ist das Fitnesscenter groß genug und der Schwimmbad ist auch schön.
