I understand that it's a low budget accommodation but at the very least I expect it to be clean. The handle was broken in the shower, there was filth/mold in the faucet handle, the body was container was not refilled, the handle on the drawer was broken, the phone was not working in the room in fact it wasn't even connected to anything, the front door was not closing properly, and the thermos of milk for complimentary coffee also had the lid broken and obviously needed replacement but even on the second day it was still there.

The elderly man that runs the office over charged me $250 because he doesnt like my sister. I was never rude to that man but he over charged me, making a dent in my debit account. If i could give this place 0 stars i would. He is rude and thinks that hotel is a kingdom and he is the queen. Corporate got a copy of all the charges and i hope his twink self gets fired. You just cant play with others finances that way. Btw breakfast is raw and the carpet in the room smelled like pee.

I was given a room that was already occupied. I entered the room and was so embarrassed and scared the guest that was inside. This is wrong on so many levels and makes it insecure for guests.

There was hardly any staff, the facilities were unclean and in desperate need of maintenance and upkeep. The water pressure was terrible. The hallways were damp and humid.

We arrived late and had paid for a Suite / the AC did not work on the common area
Carlo’s and the Security guy specially were trying to help so a big thanks for the security guy (not his job) in trying to fix the units that were not up to par
They tried to place us in a different room so we try the second and did not work (I de renovations) and the. To the third were the AC was working at the very least
Towels were ripped - one of the 2 bed mattress was extremely bad but we
decided not to complaint anymore ….
The breakfast …. Was that really one ?
Never again — Quinta Inn what a bad job unbelievable and unforgettable !!!

ALL the Staff members that I encountered at this location were extremely welcoming and helpful. Only draw back was the rear entrance door was not accessible from the outside even though I had a key. Had to walk to the front entrance from the rear parking lot. Otherwise good location for the price paid.

I dont like anything. The TV wasnt working!! The Lock on the door os broke. Lady at check-in was very rude mean and nasty!!!

The locks on outside doors were inoperable. So to get something from your vehicle and return you would have to leave the door not fully closed. But the security would then close the door. So you would have to walk 500ft out your way. Then the security demanded you close the door too. Hotel staff seemed to view the customer was there to serve them.
