This is probably the worst “hotel” I’ve ever stayed at. This is more of a hostel. First off there were blood stains on all the sheets and pillows. The hotel only cleaned the towels twice during our week and a half stay, there is no peep hole which is honestly just a safety precaution, the toilet in our room was leaking brown liquid, there is no screen on the showers so the water goes everywhere, the hallways smell like ****, the doors barely lock. In addition, one of my friends was knocking on her door room and a man came out of his room and started harassing her for being to loud, and almost got physical with her before yelling at her and then leaving. Then when she went downstairs the front desk told her a client made a noise complaint and when she told him it was just her knocking and this guy was about to lay her hands on her the front desk said “well it’s your fault because you were being too loud. There is water damage on the doors, bugs everywhere, and more. This place is horrible, the breakfast is bad and the employees are incredibly rude.

Ich kam aufgrund der medizinischen Ankunft meines Vaters ins Krankenhaus ins Hotel. Das Hotel-Rezeption-Personal war sehr freundlich und half mir schnell in mein Zimmer zu kommen. Ich kann nicht sagen, wie hilfreich das Personal war. Da ich nicht wusste, wie lange ich bleiben würde, erlauben sie mir, für 3 oder 4 Tage zu reservieren und die Buchung zu verlängern, wenn nötig. Eines Mal waren sie extrem entschuldigt, da ich am nächsten Abend kein Zimmer hatte, aber sie fanden mir ein Zimmer, und am nächsten Tag fragte mich, ob ich mein altes Zimmer zurück wollte. So ist die Pflege der Mitarbeiter für ihre Gäste. Das Essen im Hotel ist von außergewöhnlicher Qualität und es scheint, es gibt einen 2-wöchigen Zyklus auf dem Menü. Ich dachte, das Essen zunächst etwas teuer, aber wenn Sie Qualitäts-Essen mit großer Service wollen, müssen Sie ein wenig mehr zahlen. Das ist das, was ich habe, großes Essen und hervorragende freundliche Service. Die Umstände meines Bestehens hier sind nicht das beste, aber das Hotel hat mir ganz durchgeholfen und unterstützt, und ich kann ihnen nicht genug danken. Sie machten meinen Aufenthalt so gut wie möglich, und wenn ich nach Martinique zurückkomme, würde ich hier nochmal bleiben.

Vergewissern Sie sich, dass Sie im Gebäude ein Zimmer mit Aufzug buchen! Es gibt Frühstück bis 10am und Mittagessen ab 3.00 Uhr. Also in der Zwischenzeit gibt es nichts. ! Gäste bestellen jetzt durch Uber Essen! . Sehr schlechter Service. Keine Sonnenschirme im Pool! Nur 4 Betten im Pool verfügbar! Die Mädchen hinter dem Rezeptionskrankenhaus sind hilfreich. Dieses Hotel braucht wirklich eine Aktualisierung dringend. 185Euro für eine Nacht ist ein grass Preis für einen solchen alten Ort!

I stayed 10 days at the B&B HOTEL Fort-de-France in January 2024. The hotel is located in a kind of triangle 8-10mns away from the main city Fort-de-France, the Mall ”La Galleria', and the first nice beaches. This hotel is suitable for business purposes and leisure & tourism. The staff is amazingly polite and professional. There is a vibrant atmosphere at the B&B Hotel Fort-de-France as everyone involved is caring and compassionate, smiling and enthusiastic. The restaurant by the pool 'Le Zest' is definitely 'The Place to Be' in town. The food is divine and the team amazing ! I will definitely be back.

Ich verbrachte vor der Kreuzfahrt mit Ponant eine Nacht im Hotel und war überaus zufrieden. Nachdem mein Flug um einen Tag verschoben wurde, war das Hotel sehr kulant und stornierte die zweite Nacht ohne weitere Kosten. Das Zimmer im siebten Stock war groß, sauber und sehr modern eingerichtet. Über einen Balkon verfügte dieses auch. Im selben Stockwerk befand sich auch das kleine Fltnessstudio. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr ausreichend und schmackhaft. Hier gibt es nichts zu bemängeln und auch die Lage zur Innenstadt könnte nicht besser sein! Meine vollste Empfehlung!
