The property is great, and there are no real issues...BUT, immedaitely after we checked in and were walking to the room, there was a roach just outside our door. It was rather large, 2-3 inches in length, but they also came and removed it quickly. Other than that it really is great, and the staff is amazing!

The staff took a few minutes to notice that I was at the counter I was waiting for over 10 minutes. Also, the chest press in the gym needs to have more ROM

THE ROOM WAS BADLY CLEAN, WITH A MUSTY SMELL, THE HOTEL NEED CARE ALL AROUND,
CRACK TILES ON THE ELEVATOR, DAMAGE ON HALLWAYS WALLS, REALLY NEEDS HELP TO KEEP WITH THE OTHERS STANDARD

We only stayed one night, but we were very happy with our room! We had a bedroom for us parents and a separate room for the kids. I wish we needed to stay longer! The room was clean and the breakfast was great. Would recommend!

Overall the hotel appears clean. The bedding and mattress was fine. The bed pillows were hard so I did not sleep well. The bathroom was clean but the shower door was not. The front desk staff were ok but not real friendly. Was not made aware of the hours for breakfast so when I went down at 9:30am it had been closed all cleared away.

Staff was very friendly. Room was beat up. Looked like some water damage in the ceiling from the sprinkler system, and a lot of paint peeling off the walls, but just a few cosmetic things. Hotel is nice.

Typical La Quinta from our experience. Looked like they were trying to update. Our “updated” bathroom looked like a DYI project. Elevator was dirty. Otherwise typical budget hotel without the budget price.

The food at breakfast was not my satisfaction.
The counters were not kept clean
The bed was way too high for an elderly and disabled person to get up. The front desk at night had no answers to help. My husband had to go to wal mart to buy a step stool at 8:00 pm
No water in room to make coffee or tea
Very disgusting chair in room. Big stain. I have a picture
