"We had to travel in 2 groups at 2 different times, which made it difficult to be able to check in like we wanted. The front desk clerk was very accommodating and helped us out tremendously. My daughter & her family had a problem with their room and it was quickly addressed and they were given another room that was still close to mine. It was a very stressful time for us due to the reason we had to travel to our location but having the cooperation and concern of the staff was extremely helpful."

"Die Fotos online zeigten hell, modern, saubere Zimmer. Als wir ankamen, waren die Zimmer viel älter. Haben nicht die gleiche ästhetische wie die Fotos. Die graue Farbe war aus den Kabinen schütteln, die Dusche drain war rustig. Es gab ein altes leeres Satz von Türen, das sich in den Studs des Hotels mit einer gedrehten Trocknungswand öffnete.... wirklich scharf... kein Zweck. Die Lichter/Lampen im Zimmer funktionierten nicht. Ich konnte nur das Badezimmer Licht anschieben und eine andere Lampe. 3 oder 4 funktionierten überhaupt nicht."
