What an experience! From arriving to leaving we had a fantastic time. Myself and my husband booked the Roof top spa package which included 4 hours in the spa, breakfast and credit towards an evening meal. We were celebrating our 16th wedding anniversary and this was a real treat. We were upgraded to a suite which was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfy, views to the gardens at the back, lovely bathroom and toiletries and extremely quiet, which is so important for me. The spa!!! The best spa we’ve been to, and we’ve been to a few! Great facilities and I loved a few dips in the ice bath. So much so we’re going to buy our own! The food!! Breakfast was such high quality and so tasty. Evening meal was as The Clocktower restaurant and that was very good too. The only thing was the pie was a cottage pie style, whereas I would have preferred a pastry pie, but that is just preference. The chocolate and caramel choice were amazing! The Staff!! All so helpful, attentive and friendly. A credit to the hotel. The price is higher than what I’d usually pay, but you get what you pay for. The hotel has such high standards and you can see it throughout. We even got a little ladybird massager complimentary. It’s those added touches that make a stay great to fantastic. Would I go back? Yes, we’re booking for Christmas!

Beautiful as ever. My friend and I upgraded to a spa room and really appreciated the familiar welcome and little touches. Excellent food but my friend would have appreciated more veggie/vegan options for variety. The spa is extremely special. Love the outdoor spaces best.
