We had an amazing nights stay here for my 30th birthday! We stayed with our 10 month old daughter and it was an excellent experience from start to finish! The front of house team were on hand as soon as we pulled up to help with all our luggage and baby items and checked us in straight away.Thank you to Matthew for our lovely welcome. The rooms are lovely and spacious and have everything you need. We enjoyed a family swim in the indoor pool and a lovely meal in the clock tower restaurant. Special thanks to Miguel who took the time to say hello to our daughter and we were surprised by a lovely card and gift when we returned to our room which was such a lovely gesture. It really is an incredible place to stay and you do get a true 5* experience. We enjoyed the rooftop spa which has incredible facilities and so much space to relax. We enjoyed champagne in the outdoor jacuzzi which was brought to us, again by very attentive staff. There are lovely facilities in the changing rooms to get ready after your spa which is just a continuation of the luxury feel to everything they do. Thankyou all for a lovely stay, can’t wait to return!

We have been to Rudding Park several times ,both in the Hotel and Lodges and have always enjoyed ourselves. The grounds , buildings and staff are fantastic. The Team are enthusiastic , polite and keen to help with great rapport. Clearly considerable funds have been invested , facilities are outstanding and everywhere is spotlessly clean. However, over the years we have had some mixed experiences in the Clocktower Restaurant. This time we thought we might pop out to eat , but we only required a snack ,so thought let’s give it one more go. Again the serving team were polite and attentive . Initially we were offered only the Full Dinning Menu , but because we only required something light and have been before ,had to request the All Day Menu We ordered one portion of Caesar Salad and a Pasta dish. The salad was ordered with Anchovies which after a few mouthfuls , were clearly not present. We couldn’t find any evidence of Parmesan either. Just all tasted rather dull. My Pasta dish was mediocre , nothing to get overly excited about. First of all we were offered Anchovies on a side plate ! But just requested it be sent back .( We’ve never sent a meal back) The Head Waiter apologised and offered us a Dessert but we asked for the Salad to be removed from the bill. We don’t mind paying for a quality meal but even I thought the meal charges were on the high side too. Just felt like a disconnect between an outstanding Hotel and it’s Restaurant
