"The hotel is in a great location. The staff at the front desk was excellent and also the lady that prepared the breakfast was also excellent. Everybody had great customer service. I just had an issue with the housekeeping. They need to do a better job other than that, I would stay there again. I enjoy my stay with my kids and that’s all that matters. "

"We stay here often when we have volleyball in Foley. This time was not good. The room was filthy upon arrival at 7pm on a Friday, which is hours past check-in time. Like even an old box of food left in a dresser drawer, hair on the beds, hair all over the bathroom floor, dirty refrigerators, stains on comforters, grass on the carpet… Many signs that the room had not been cleaned. They were at max capacity so a new room was not an option. One of the ladies at the front desk “cleaned it” while we grabbed some dinner. Nothing else was said. When we asked for late checkout on Sunday and was told the best they could do was 30 minutes extra. Was unpleased with this particular stay."
