Anna Apart Hotel

I got money stolen out my bag within the first hour of arriving at the bar by the managers friend . The manger then lied to me and said he gave me the money back out of his till too compensate the loss when it actually came from my nan in secret , 4 days later the same guy came into mine and Mrs room whilst I was sleeping and stole my bag with passports and electrical equipment in . After the guy ran out of the hotel after pushing my mrs over , we checked the theifs room all he had in there was a pair of worn womens pants under his pillow . Absolutely terrible how there was no help or footfall gestures after this trauma from the staff . We should of contacted the police really regret we didn't . Stay away from hotel far from safe also full of lady's of the night and mangers changing his own money currency which is illegal. BAD BAD BAD

The room was not cleaned properly when I asked for dish washing liquid they said I had to buy it which is reducilous when I booked the apartment room, they act like they don't speak English when you try to ask about anything
