Die Hotelumgebung ist sehr komfortabel und das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig. Es ist das Hotel mit der größten Auswahl an Frühstück auf dieser Nordic-Reise. Der Service ist auch sehr gut. Von Zeit zu Zeit bringen junge Kellner spezielle kleine Tassen Getränke mit, damit die Gäste sie probieren können. Die Zimmer und der Lobbykorridor sind künstlerisch eingerichtet. Der Parkplatz ist kostenlos und es gibt mehrere Tankstellen in mehreren hundert Metern Entfernung. Die Rezeption und die Kellner im Restaurant waren wunderschön. Ein Umzug lohnt sich.

We chose Unity Malmo because it was advertised as a perfect mix of traditional holiday apartment and luxury hotel. Unfortunately, we could not discover the part of the luxury hotel. The hotel is on Nobelvägen and there is a bus stop about 5 minutes away from which you can take line 3 either to the train station or towards Triangeln. However, only this one line runs and only about every 20 minutes. The area around the hotel does not offer any attractions apart from the Sorgenfri Cemetery. There is a smaller supermarket nearby which is handy if you are self catering. We chose the deluxe studio with 22 square meters. We were welcomed at the reception very friendly are we were also able to leave our luggage until the studio was ready. We received a map and a description of how to get into the building of our studio. Some of the paths are very winding and some of them can only be reached via balconies outside. Our studio was on the 5th floor under the roof with a slope. It was very warm and stuffy. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning and the windows could only be opened when it wasn't raining. The interior is designed by a British designer and decorated in light beige. The individual cabinet elements are stackable. Unfortunately, the upper elements are not accessible for small people, not even the top level in the kitchenette, where pans and pots are placed. A small ladder would be helpful here if you are not accompanied by a taller person. The sofa bed of 140 cm x 200 cm is too small for 2 people, especially since access is only possible from one side as it is right against the wall. This is impractical. In addition, there is no bedside cabinet to store something. Despite the relatively large number of cupboards, there is a lack of storage in crucial places. In the bathroom there is neither a board at the sink nor at the shower. The table is also very small if you only want to eat for two. We found the associated chairs to be very uncomfortable. There was no real workplace where you could conveniently put your laptop. So we had to improvise a lot. The small kitchen is well equipped with portable induction hotplates, a microwave and also a dishwasher. The hotplates could only be used if you turned on the ventilation because the fire alarm was directly above the kitchen. However, the ventilation was extremely loud so that hardly any conversation was possible while cooking.What was missing was a tea towel to dry off a bit. A hand brush would also have been useful, as cleaning only took place every 7 days. With us, this was one day before departure - in this case it no longer makes sense. There is also a gym in the complex that can be used. The Orangery is very pretty with plenty of seating and a large games table for people to borrow one of the many games that are available. The room also invites you to linger over a coffee or cold drink. We didn't book breakfast as it seemed overpriced at 11 euros. There was no buffet, just a sandwich with c

Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums ist aber mit dem Tram gut zu erreichen. Beim Frühstück war gegenüber unserem letzten Besuch jetzt alles sehr gut und frisch. Die etwas kleinen Zimmer sind sauber und modern, die Betten sind etwas weich Schönes Badezimmer mit Regendusche, leider keine Stangen um die Badetücher aufzuhängen. Im allgemeinen ist das Hotel empfehlenswert.

The room was a bit basic, that's sort of regular Scandinavian hotel standard. But we had everything we needed for a short stay. Location was impossible to beat. It was a few minutes away from every place we wanted to visit. No free parking, but that was the rule for all hotels in the area. There was however a huge parking lot right across the street. Breakfast was good. Not the fanciest, but a good selection, good quality, and even sugar-free, gluten-free, lactose-free, and dairy-free options. The only bad thing was the coffee. It tasted burnt. There was nice mild background music and cute and funny details in the decor. Overall a good experience.

Wir blieben eine Nacht als Familie von 5 auf unserer Straße von Deutschland nach Schweden. Wir nahmen am Geburtstag meines Sohnes ein. Ich habe das Hotel vor der Zeit e-mailt und fragte, ob es etwas für seinen Geburtstag tun könnte. Sie boten es nett, einige zusätzliche Behandlungen und Süßigkeiten in den Geschenkbeutel zuzufügen, alle Kinder haben während der Eincheckung (Sommerförderung). Mein Sohn war so glücklich, als sie fragten, wer der Geburtstagsjunge bei der Eincheckung war und ihm einen Beutel voller Spielzeug und Behandlungen gegeben, und meine zwei anderen Kinder waren auch glücklich, eingeschlossen zu werden. Das war Kundenservice vom Hotel und war ein Highlight für unsere Kinder nach einem langen Tag der Reise. Unser Familienzimmer im vierten Stock war geräumig und hatte Betten für uns alle 5 . Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war auch gut. Wir mussten Frühstück vorbuchen, so nahmen wir die letzte Slot um 9 Uhr. Das Essen war sehr beschäftigt, vielleicht zu viele Leute buchten um 9 Uhr? Die Frühstücksauswahl war gut, nur verpasst, hatte etwas frisches Obst.
