Es liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Santa Maria Novella entfernt. Sie können auch mit einer Straßenbahn vom Busbahnhof kommen. Das Zimmer ist wirklich sauber und ich schätze es, dass auch Gäste im Schlafsaal Annehmlichkeiten wie Seife, Handtücher und Handtücher kostenlos nutzen können. Da es jedoch keine Küche gibt, könnte es für Leute, die ihre eigenen Mahlzeiten zubereiten möchten, etwas schwierig sein.

Der Grund, warum ich 3 Sterne stimme, ist, weil ich nicht in der Lage war, eine anständige Dusche zu nehmen, weil das Wasser blockiert wurde und es nach 5/6 Minuten zu überflüssig an den Boden. Sie müssen einen Piloten anrufen, da alles im Toilette blockiert ist. Ich ging zum Spa, auf den ich wirklich wartete, und ging dann in ein ”Hot Tub”, das kalt frischen! Das Salzzimmer war kalt in sich und das Dampfzimmer war nicht einmal dampfend. Das war enttäuschend. Ich habe dem Empfangsmann darüber gesprochen und er sagte, er würde jemanden anrufen, morgen früh zu kommen, um es zu reparieren. Angesichts meiner Erfahrung im Spa war es schrecklich, dass die anständige Sache, die das Personal mir hätte geben können, als Dank ist eine kostenlose Sitzung. Aber ich habe nichts davon. Insgesamt gut ist keine schlechte Lage, da es Busse in der Nähe von dem führt Sie direkt zum Stadtzentrum, aber Bitte kann der Manager einen Piloten rufen und reparieren diese blockierten Duschen.

Das Hotel ist sauber, aber müde. Ich schätze nicht, dass man mir gesagt hat, einen speziellen Frühstückstisch zu sitzen, auch wenn es klar mehrere leere waren, war völlig gedrückt, wenn man um warmes Wasser für Tee bittet. Der männliche Konzierge fügte 30% zum Preis der Bus-Tickets hinzu, die nächsten Tage Tickets waren ebenso preisgekräftig wie auf dem tatsächlichen Ticket. Machen sie unvertrauenswürdig. Arme Frühstück. Und Service ist schlecht. Italiener werden gut behandelt und Englisch sind NICHT. Sie wissen nicht, wie man die Gäste mit gleicher Achtung behandeln kann. Es ist offensichtlich, dass sie offensichtlich diskriminiert.

I am not writing this type of reviews often, but unfortunately this time I have to in order to reflect the reality about this hotel. Prior to this hotel we stayed at another hotel in Rome also 4-star that we really enjoyed (price level and distance from city center was similar). Firstly, I would like to point out that this hotel, even though it has 4 stars, cannot be considered to be a European-level 4-star hotel at all, at maximum a refurbished 3-star hotel. Given the price and its location, I would like to tell you straight, it is quite expensive for what you get, especially given the further circumstances described below. Secondly, I have not read many negative reviews regarding the noise level, but would like to shed some light on that. Even though we asked for a quiet room, we got the room facing the hotel parking and front road. I cannot say that there was a lot of noise from the road, but you could definitely hear cars from the road. But the biggest problem is the noise insultaion, or more precisely its complete absence. We could hear our neighbours talking in the other room like they were in our room. Our neighbours were awake until late night and we could hear them receiving messages while chatting on the phone and it seemed like the phone was vibrating each time near your ear. There was also noise from outside and other neighbours (it was partially not clear where it was coming from), so overall an awful experience also given the fact that each room has roller blinds and some people are using them at night and each time you can hear the mechanism working (it is quite loud). When people flush in other rooms, it sounds like it starts raining heavily. To sum up, insulation is really bad. Thirdly, the room was furbished at the level of refurbished 3-star hotel, the old hairdriers from the 20th century, only one card key, thus you cannot leave the AC on when you leave the room. Room was not ventilated at all once we arrived, so it was very hot to sleep and smell was not very pleasant. Breakfast at the level of 3-star hotel maximum and they do not let people finish their breakfast telling at 9:55am that you have to leave in 5 minutes since the breakfast time ends at 10am. As a cherry on the tart, when we were leaving we were told that the water in the room was not complimentary when we arrived, even though we did not found anywhere information with pricing of water in the room. When I asked where we could find price list for water in the room, as I belive it should be clearly placed in a visible spot, the person at reception firstly insulted us in Italian (not knowing that we speak Italian) and then just answered arrogantly ”it is in the room”, showing that he does not want to speak with us. Unbelievable and unacceptable behaviour from staff, you are paying them for being treated in such a manner... Overall, I understand that Florence is an expensive and crowded city, but in this instance when we unfortunately had only extremely negativ

A Tuscan escape, private villa style experience, great service, very attentive and extremely pleasant staff, great breakfast, lunch and dinner, beautiful pool, landscape, views of hills and city of Florence. Need a car to be able to go anywhere, or be willing to be a bit adventurous and take a public bus that stops nearby on the highway and requires a bus change to go to Florence, but on the way back goes directly to the resort from Florence (you need to learn the name of your stop and tell the bus driver to stop there, as busses only stop if they see people waiting at the stop or if a ypassenger requires it). The busses run every 20-30 min according to the time schedule (you will be given it) and take about 10-15 min to get to and from Piazza dela Liberta in Florence (look it up on Google map). Taxis are always available, will cost about €30 per trip (10-15 min ride). Remember, this is a villa style resort outside of Florence. It was beautiful, we loved it.

Typischer guter Novotel-Standard. Haben das Hotel für eine Zwischenübernachtung auf dem Weg von Bayern nach Neapel genutzt. Die Lage nahe der Autobahn war hierfür perfekt. Da wir früher als erwartet ankamen, sind wir nachmittags noch zum Sightseeing in die Innenstadt aufgebrochen. Auf Empfehlung der Rezeptionistin mit dem Auto ca. 10 min. zum Flughafen. Knapp vor der Einfahrt in des Flughafengelände gibt es einen Park and Ride-Parkplatz an der Straßenbahnhaltestelle ”Guidoni” (Parkgebühr € 1 ,- wenn man ein Straßenbahntickt hat). Von dort mit der Tram direkt in die Innenstadt. An den Hotel-Zimmern, der Ausstattung und Sauberkeit gab es nichts wesentliches zu bemängeln. Der kleine hoteleigene Pool war leider aus Hygiene-Gründen (wg. Corona) gesperrt... ist verständlich und dem Hotel nicht anzulasten. Allerdings ließ das Frühstück absolut zu wünschen übrig: Corona-bedingt gab es kein Buffet, sondern Bedienung am Tisch und letzteres war leider wirklich schlecht organisiert: lange Wartezeit, keine schriftliche Übersicht, was man ordern kann und Personal, dass nur bruchstückhaft englisch spricht... das führte letztendlich zu einem wirklich unbefriedigenden ”Frühstückserlebnis”...

Sehr geräumig , hervorragende Empfang und sofort verfügbar. Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Ausgezeichnete Lage, buchstäblich nahe der Autobahn, bequeme Straße!! . Ein ziemlich geräumiges Zimmer. Das komplette Bad mit Komfort. Letzte Sünde das Dusche Wasser war nicht sehr stabil, ständig wechselte die Temperatur von warm zu kalt und kalt zu heiß, Sie waren mehr mit Wasser streiten als duschen.

I'm sorry for what I'm going to write but I'm more sorry for people spending money thinking to go for a 4 stars hotel while I'd objectively would rate it 1 star. Rooms are small, forniture way outdated with totally poor taste, broken even, they never got replaced since I guess hotel been there. Breakfast, also terribile, that was my first time in life to refuse coffee, machine should be shot down instantly, it tasted old and I'm quite sure it didn't get any cleaning job in the last years. All of this, wasn't even cheap, it's pure scam that should come to an end, starting in taking away Stars from this hotel. And yea, I don't care it got a pool on the side, I need to sleep in a functioning room and not die from old food, thanks

This hotel was booked by a company I am working for, so I am sure it was booked purely on price as we were quite a large party. I understand that any business coming out of lockdown has a hard job on its hands, but on entering my room, I did feel it was necessary to wipe everything down with disinfectant wipes as everything was quite dusty. Some of my colleagues were unhappy with the cleanliness of their rooms. Following my initial clean down, my room was tidied daily. Wifi is poor, except in reception which has nowhere to sit and work, so if you are here on business, you don’t have any privacy to get work done. Continental breakfast is okay, but I cannot think of anything good to say about the cooked food, except that I have lost weight because I have not eaten very much. We are not allowed out of our bubble, so we have not been allowed to eat elsewhere, but if you can, I would. I have been served undercooked pasta five nights in a row, which tastes of salt, then meat and fried potatoes, which again tastes like it has been preserved in salt. Day 5 and the vegetarians in our group are stiil being served meat which could be considered quite funny, but they were not impressed. Although the staff are very apologetic, it is then replaced somewhat later with a greasy omelette which looks extremely unappetising and lonely on its plate but the soup is okay. They didn't have any sauces or gravy to serve with the food at the beginning of the week so the food tasted very over cooked, salty and dry, but we did get gravy this evening, so it has improved a little. I have been craving some vegetables with my dinner but greasy Salty eggplant is the only option. Oddly, mixed veg is served at breakfast. They dont really understand dietary requirements, so if you are ceoliac, best not chance it. I maybe doing the catering staff a dis-service, because they may have been drafted in from a different occupation, like myself and just doing their best in difficult circumstances. Catering is clearly not their forte. Everyone seems friendly enough.

Albergo situato in ottima posizione, a cinque minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Prato Centrale e dallo stesso centro città. Camera pulita, dotata di finestra con gradevole vista sul fiume Bisenzio, senza particolari bellezze estetiche (potrebbe essere lievemente più luminosa) ma funzionale allo scopo, ossia farci dormire bene e in tranquillità grazie alla buona insonorizzazione e al comodo letto. Aria condizionata, tv e bagno moderno con vasca. Di quest'ultimo l'unica piccola pecca (ma è voler esser pignoli) è la posizione un po' scomoda dell'interruttore della luce, posizionato vicino allo specchio e non all'ingresso. Gentilezza e disponibilità del personale, in particolar modo del signore alla reception che ci ha aiutato in più di un'occasione - prima teoricamente e poi praticamente - con un problema alla serratura della porta della camera. A parte questo piccolo inconveniente l'albergo si è mostrato valido anche per il rapporto qualità-prezzo decisamente conveniente e può essere, quindi, una buona scelta per chi deve soggiornare a Prato.
