Das Hotel ist recht neu eröffnet und von der „Hardware“ des Hotels her, sehr ansprechend. Die Zimmer originell eingerichtet, trotzdem distinguiert mit einem sehr bequemem Bett. Der Reinigungsdienst funktioniert auch wunderbar. Hier gibt es nichts zu meckern, vor allem nachdem die Lage bei den exklusivsten Geschäften nahe des Arno auch herausragend ist. Nachteil ist ganz klar der mäßige Service und das eingeschränkte Angebot an Restaurants und Bar im Hotel. Wir wurden noch nicht einmal unser $ 100 Guthaben los, da die Bar nicht bewirtschaftet wurde und uns das Restaurant nicht ansprach. Die wunderbare Dachterrasse wird genauso wenig bedient wie das ausgewiesene Gourmet Restaurant. Ob das Corona Nachwehen sind oder auf ein systemisches Versagen hinweisen, ich weiß es nicht. Daher klare fünf Punkte für das Hotel, knappe drei für den Rest.

I arrived with my septuagenarian parents on April 27 for a week-long stay. The hotel provided us with the right room classification on arrival, but I was concerned that the suite was single bathroom instead of two and the closet space was not optimal for our needs. Annamaria, Victoria and Samuele stand out as front office staff who listened and acted swiftly to help address our request for help and resolved the issue the next day. That was the first wow moment of our stay. I also recommend the breakfast (came with our reservation package) and you should take advantage of the Rooftop Bar, the view of the Duomo and across the city 360 degress is suberb. After 10+ visits to Florence, this hotel has become my new preferred location and I anticipate returning here in the years to come.

Wir haben nur eine Nacht gehabt, aber ich kann sagen, wir wurden von Anfang an herzlich begrüßt; wir sind um 09 Uhr morgens gekommen, um nur die Taschen zu verlassen und nach Florenz zu besuchen, aber das Zimmer war schon frei und sie haben uns geliefert. Am Morgen am TOP Frühstück, Süß und Salz mit frischen und qualitativ hochwertigen Produkten, war die Schalenblase zu Hause gemacht 😋. Der Herr, der am Frühstück war, freundlich und immer anwesend seit dem Vorabend für jeden Zweifel oder Information. Nach dem Frühstück,Wir haben das Zimmer verlassen, aber sie haben uns erlaubt, das Auto in ihrem privaten Parkplatz bis zum Nachmittag zu verlassen keine Ergänzung bezahlen und so haben wir mit den Mitteln bewegt (Trams halt ca. 900 Meter vom Hotel)

Sehr charakteristisch, können Sie die authentische toskanische Landschaft genießen. Und es ist sehr berühmt in der Umgebung. Es ist ein Landgut mit angenehmer Landschaft und schlichter Eleganz. Das Zimmer war groß und komfortabel. Die Betten sind groß. Selbst wenn Sie in die Stadt fahren, müssen Sie ein Taxi nehmen, aber ein Taxi ist nicht schwer zu bekommen.

Ich kann nicht genug über unseren Aufenthalt hier bei Riva Lofts raven! Mein Mann und ich lieben absolut Florence & haben schon mehrmals, aber Riva Lofts gab uns eine neue Erfahrung, die intim, immersive und erfahren war. Unser oberster Loft war die perfekte Größe für uns beide, und das Frühstück im Restaurant jeden Morgen war ein toller Weg, um unseren Tag zu beginnen (besondere Schrei nach Giovanna, weil sie immer so süß ist!). Wir nahmen mit dem Koch Michele an einer privaten Kochklasse teil und lernen, wie man ein 4-course Mahlzeit, einschließlich zwei Pastas (wir kauften eine Pastamaschine online nach, wenn das irgendeine Angabe darüber, wie viel wir es genossen haben). Wir haben im von Koch Michele gehäkelten Restaurant mehrmals gegessen und es war eine erhabene, feine Speiseerfahrung in einer schönen, versehentlichen Umgebung (so mussten Sie nicht bis zu den neun anziehen). Wir haben auch eine Weintour durch das Hotel gebucht, die einen privaten Fahrer umfasste, der uns zu zwei historischen Städten und zwei Weinbauern gebracht hat. Schließlich ist die Lage aus dem Stadtzentrum, aber in guter Weise! Wir fühlten uns mehr als lokale (obwohl alle im Hotel Englisch sprechen, aber wir versuchten, Italienisch zu sprechen, was erfreut scheint!). Andere empfohlene Restaurants waren etwa einen 20-25 min Fuß, aber ein Tram, der Sie in das Stadtzentrum führte, war leicht zu benutzen und einen kurzen Spaziergang (bekommen Sie in Minuten zum Bahnhof Florenz). Insgesamt war es ein friedliches, romantisches Rückzug mit Aktivitäten, wunderschönen öffentlichen Räumen (sowohl im Inneren als auch im Freien) und das Personal von Riva, das nicht schöner gewesen wäre. I am not writing this type of reviews often, but unfortunately this time I have to in order to reflect the reality about this hotel. Prior to this hotel we stayed at another hotel in Rome also 4-star that we really enjoyed (price level and distance from city center was similar). Firstly, I would like to point out that this hotel, even though it has 4 stars, cannot be considered to be a European-level 4-star hotel at all, at maximum a refurbished 3-star hotel. Given the price and its location, I would like to tell you straight, it is quite expensive for what you get, especially given the further circumstances described below. Secondly, I have not read many negative reviews regarding the noise level, but would like to shed some light on that. Even though we asked for a quiet room, we got the room facing the hotel parking and front road. I cannot say that there was a lot of noise from the road, but you could definitely hear cars from the road. But the biggest problem is the noise insultaion, or more precisely its complete absence. We could hear our neighbours talking in the other room like they were in our room. Our neighbours were awake until late night and we could hear them receiving messages while chatting on the phone and it seemed like the phone was vibrating each time near your ear. There was also noise from outside and other neighbours (it was partially not clear where it was coming from), so overall an awful experience also given the fact that each room has roller blinds and some people are using them at night and each time you can hear the mechanism working (it is quite loud). When people flush in other rooms, it sounds like it starts raining heavily. To sum up, insulation is really bad. Thirdly, the room was furbished at the level of refurbished 3-star hotel, the old hairdriers from the 20th century, only one card key, thus you cannot leave the AC on when you leave the room. Room was not ventilated at all once we arrived, so it was very hot to sleep and smell was not very pleasant. Breakfast at the level of 3-star hotel maximum and they do not let people finish their breakfast telling at 9:55am that you have to leave in 5 minutes since the breakfast time ends at 10am. As a cherry on the tart, when we were leaving we were told that the water in the room was not complimentary when we arrived, even though we did not found anywhere information with pricing of water in the room. When I asked where we could find price list for water in the room, as I belive it should be clearly placed in a visible spot, the person at reception firstly insulted us in Italian (not knowing that we speak Italian) and then just answered arrogantly ”it is in the room”, showing that he does not want to speak with us. Unbelievable and unacceptable behaviour from staff, you are paying them for being treated in such a manner... Overall, I understand that Florence is an expensive and crowded city, but in this instance when we unfortunately had only extremely negativ
