房間超級乾淨、雖然是有歷史感的酒店可是維護的很好。住客可以每天享受兩小時温泉，不過水的温度不高，大概是33度，不是那種很熱的温泉。早餐很好吃，酒店內還有一家米其林2星，可以預訂時預約。走路十分鐘內能去左右景點，強烈推薦！

佛羅倫薩非常讚的一家酒店。房間巨大，設施很好！衞生和服務都非常好！應該是我在意大利最完美的一次住宿體驗！

Der Palazzo Portinari Salvati allein ist schon die Reise nach Florenz wert. Wir reisen sehr viel und kennen daher zahlreiche Hotels jeder Kategorie. Dieses Haus ist im Top-Segment das Beste, was wir jemals besucht haben. Nicht, weil es denn tollsten Pool, die schönste Vorfahrt, die beste Aussicht hat, nein, man fühlt sich hier sofort zuhause. Vom ersten Willkommen bis zur Verabschiedung kümmert sich ein phantastisches Team um jeden Wunsch des Gastes. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem tadellos renovierten und sehr beeindruckendem Gebäude aus dem Mittelalter, dem mit viel Leidenschaft ein neuen Leben eingehaucht wurde. Neben den extrem hohen 5*-Hotelstandards, die hier selbstverständlich eingehalten werden, hat man als Gast stets das Gefühl besonders geschätzt zu werden. Ein Besuch des „Chic Nonna“, das mit einem Michelin-Stern ausgezeichnete Gourmetrestaurant im Hotel, lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Interessante Kreationen paaren sich mit allerbesten Service unter der Leitung des wahnsinnig netten Inhabers und Küchenchef Vito Mollica. Hotel und Restaurant sage ich eine ikonische Zukunft voraus. Viel Vergnügen all denen, die es erleben dürfen.

We stayed in the Galileo Suite for our honeymoon. The location in Florence is perfect. Not only did we have an unobstructed view of the Duomo but we had a private terrace with unobstructed views of the rest of Florence. Some of the best room service food I have ever eaten in my life. Phenomenal service all around. I wish we could have enjoyed the Michelin starred restaurant there but they were closed when we needed the reservation. My only complaint is that we did not stay long enough. Otherwise, Perfetto!

Our new favorite hotel in Florence! Every detail from the moment we checked in was perfect. The frescoed Jr Suite was spectacular, hands down the best room of our trip, with The Belmond's Castello di Casole a close second. The GM, Angelo Rizzi runs an incredible hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful; and the housekeeping was excellent. Even the spa was lovely. Our stay was so good that we added another night. We left Florence for Forte dei Marmi and realized that we were no longer at Pallazzo Portinari (read Principe review for details). We have always stayed at Portrait for Savoy in Florence, but Palazzo Portinari is our new Florentine Hotel. Bravo

I cannot recommend this intimate Palazzo highly enough. The location is unbeatable, the service without fault, the setting breathtaking and the rooms luxurious and beautiful (plus the Kingsized bed was incredibly comfortable). Nothing was too much trouble. It was an oasis of beauty and serenity which we never wanted to leave! Worth every penny. I can’t wait to return!

We found this Palace last year, so this is our second time here. If you can believe it, it just keeps getting better. Love Florence, but now we are using Palazzo as our base to see other cities. Just feels like home. The graciousness, warmth from the moment you walk in. Not to say each room has 20ft ceilings tubs, huge walk-in showers & all amenities you can think of. Gorgeous, exquisite. We also had breakfast every morning and we decided to eat dinner there. the Michelin restaurant was closed so we still ate there in the cafe, my bad sorry we didn't do this sooner. The chef/owner doesn't miss a trick & oversees everything. Introduces himself and is so proud of his restaurant & staff. All this important because when you have trust in your staff and they know it the pride they have shows and their attitude is noted. I suggest anyone visiting Florence, look up this property, it is the best kep secret & I may be sorry for telling you about it.

From the attentive staff, to the beautiful room and excellent location, this is one of the most historic and serene hotels that I have stayed in. Wonderful job of incorporating modern conveniences into the historic aspect of the hotel. With a large en suite bathroom, the bedroom was sick! Comfortable and spacious , the bedroom was complimented by an equally spacious bathroom with separate tub and shower. Downstairs was a small, but equally luxurious bathroom (no tub but wonderful shower). Each day, we were surprised with a gift, such as Lavender spray or a bottle of olive oil. Delicious breakfast, and steps away from the Duomo!

One of the best hotel in the world . Strongly recommend to stay there . Amazing hotel with highest level of service . We were so lucky to stay there and celebrate my friend's birthday . We appreciate our room and breakfast . Staff members are so welcoming and nice that we decided to return next year.

We could not recommend this hotel and its staff more highly. The gorgeous accommodations and the staff are absolutely unparalleled and we cannot wait to come back. We will be recommending it to all of our friends and family for the perfect stay in Florence.

This was the best hotel we've EVER stayed at! The service is beyond gold standard and the staff are so friendly and attentive!! The rooms are stunning (it really is an old palace), with the option to relax in the galleria making guests feel like they are royalty. The spa option is lovely and relaxing. I cannot recommend this hotel enough - it was the best experience of our lives

I visited the spa daily for approximately two weeks after purchasing a monthly pass as an extern guest. One day I discovered that I was sharing the pool with a cook roach. I discretely informed the staff. They removed it and apologized, while I experienced great distress and definitely could not enjoy the scheduled massage in the following hour.The next day there was another incident that left me severely doubting the hygiene of the place, so I extended my concerns to the floor manager. He was keen on re assuring me that they were “at norm”and ,conform regulations, the pool had been cleaned once a month. Zero customer care was extended to me to compensate my distress and no extra measures were taken. Needless to say, I had expected impeccable service and hygiene. This is the first time I leave a negative review but I truly believe that better care is required and visitors should be warned.
