Lage: zu Fuß weniger als 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, aber seien Sie mit Ihrem Trolley vorsichtig, da viele Hundekot und Urin für Fußgänger vorhanden sind. Service: Zimmer mit gutem Shampoo, Badezusatz und Körperlotion und Zimmer ist sauber. Zimmer: geräumig und Kaffeemaschine und heißes Wasser in der Lobby kostenlos. Aber von 2 gegenüberliegenden Zimmern hört man auch Zuggeräusche und ich bevorzuge die Zimmer mit Blick auf die Berge.

Clean, modern and convenient for walking to all major sights. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and quite tasty. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. My room was super tiny but okay for one person. I recommend asking for a room away from the elevator which was quite noisey being right outside my door and with guests chatting there.

Our stay at this hotel was a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience, and it is absolutely not worth the money paid for the level of service and cleanliness provided. The most significant issue was the room condition. We checked in late at night and discovered the next morning that the shower was extremely unsanitary and filled with visible mold. When we reported this serious cleanliness issue to the front desk, the individual identifying himself as the hotel manager displayed an appalling lack of professionalism. He was confrontational, spoke to us disrespectfully, and treated our legitimate complaint as if we were making a false accusation. We requested to be moved to another room later that day, as we were leaving immediately for a pre-booked tour. The manager was completely inflexible, stating we had to pack and move immediately or he would not be able to assist us in the evening. His refusal to accommodate a simple request for a few hours demonstrated a fundamental misunderstanding of hospitality and customer service. It is genuinely baffling that someone with such poor people skills and unprofessional demeanor is placed in a management role overseeing guest relations. This interaction and the room's condition severely ruined our stay.

Disappointed stay Read great reviews about the place Location was decent but not the best, still a bit of walk from the main Florence station I was under impression that the place was renovated in 2022. It didn't feel that way, and much of the facilities and room decoration felt dated, worn and used Reasonable for the price I guess, but there's probably better options

It was a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and approachable. There’s a tram station not far from the hotel.

Poor quality, but front desk is Ok

The hotel location was very good, cleaning, and the service was excellent. NO AIR CONDITIONING! The hotel employees stated that the city doesn't allow turning on the AC until June. The windows only can be opened a little, so you can breathe at night. I had to get up 2 times each night, take a shower to refreshen up and be able to sleep. AC only in the lobby area of the hotel. A 200 euros night hotel, without AC ??? When I picked the hotel, I picked it with wifi, AC, and breakfast. Silvia, from Florida, USA.

Hotel is a bit far from the Florence central station. It will be helpful to gives a directional map how to get to the hotel in their website. The reception staffs are helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with choices, but serving staffs are not that friendly.

A little bit noisy
