在這個酒店的體驗真的非常非常非常的差，不允許我放我朋友的東西，我也沒讓別人住進來，這個房東一直髮消息讓我必須把他們的東西拿出去，並且還讓清潔人員來驅趕幫我放東西的朋友，房間裏的配套的那些東西也沒有，公共廁所沐浴露和洗髮水也沒有標出，房間還有事傳來小孩的哭聲，交個城市税還最開始讓我交11歐，住完過後還來説我粗魯無理狡猾？？？？？我真的莫名其妙了這個酒店

Muy bueno

The experience was... surprising. I booked and paid for a room at Sweet Florence that i never had the chance to see because when i arrived, i called the property number and a man told us to wait 10mins. A lady came and took us to Novella Italy because the heater didnt work at Sweet Florence. Didnt even show us or ask us if we want or not. Went to N. I. Reached 3rd floor with a noisy elevator(which could be heard from the last room in the property), here we found an old, untidy room with shared bathroom with other 2 rooms. Also there lived the owner and her daughter and nephew(so a lot of noise). The bathroom was old also, not so clean. We had a breakfast with coffee, juice, biscotatte, marmelade, croissant and a fruit. Also the heater was not enough so during the night it was kinda chilly(in march).

Io ed il mio ragazzo abbiamo prenotato circa due mesi fa per stare una notte in questo B&B, ma arrivati lì ci hanno detto che dovevamo avvisare per RICORDARGLIELO (dato che non erano munite nemmeno di un computer, ma solo di carta e penna) e ci siamo ritrovati in mezzo la bellissima Firenze con i bagagli e la disperazione in mano. Per fortuna ci ha aiutato un ragazzo del B&B del piano inferiore, che ci ha dato info su dove soggiornare in un posto abbastanza buono ed economico. Del resto ci è andata bene, perché giudicando dall'entrata sarebbe stato orrendo soggiornare in un appartamento che a stento si manteneva in piedi!

Sconsigliato. Sono stato due notti con la mia ragazza, lo sottolineo in caso qualcuno (come noi( perdesse questa informazione, alquanto importante. Il bagno è in comune. Si tratta sostanzialmente di un appartamento condiviso con sconosciuti. Ci sono tre camere, ognuno ha la propria e c’è il bagno in condivisione fra tutti. Nessuno è lì presente. Zero personale a cui poter chiedere informazioni in caso di bisogno, (dovete chiamare, se va bene vi risponderanno!). Non abbiamo mai fatto colazione lì, perché letteralmente non si è capito come farla. Ci siamo trovati in difficoltà, in quanto non si ha alcun personale a cui poter chiedere. Ho comprato della candeggina per disinfettare il bagno. Pessimo. Per chiamata ribadisco se hanno tempo vi rispondono, però in quelle situazioni faticherete anche a porre una chiamata.
