Lokalizacja - dogodna odległość do zwiedzania starego miasta i największych atrakcji Florencji. Okolica cicha i spokojna. Przed hotelem było wiele wolnych publicznych płatnych miejsc do parkowania.
Czystość
Pokój był wysprzątany dość dobrze. Jednak sprzęt, ściany i podłogi widać, że nie były dawno wymieniane/remontowane.
Obsługa
Recepcja czynna była kiedy przyjechaliśmy ok 14, jednak wieczorem i w nocy nie ma nikogo. Jest tylko informacja z numerem telefonu z wiadomością, żeby kontaktować się w nagłych przypadkach.
Udogodnienia.
Klimatyzacja bardzo słabo - byliśmy akurat w czasie dużych upałów i okazało się, że klimatyzacja w naszym pokoju jest niesprawna. Po zgłoszeniu otrzymaliśmy inny pokój, w którym klima działała lepiej, jednak i tak nie udało się schłodzić pokoju do niskich temperatur.
W drugim pokoju prysznic wyglądał jak na małej żaglówce (przed samą muszlą klozetową, więc można było brać prysznic na siedząco...). Do tego deska klozetowa nie była przytwierdzona i cały czas się przesuwała.

The place was filthy, if I had the chance I wouldn’t stay as long as I open the door and saw the room. Really really bad. It’s a pity because the staff was really kind. The room that gave as it wasn’t in the first building as it is in the pictures, it was behind and the room was disgusting.

We only stayed one night, but we can’t wait to visit again! Luca spoke perfect English! He made our experience extra special by helping us get taxis, directing us where to go around town, and he set up fabulous cappuccinos & breakfast for us! Our room was very nice, and we even had a private patio & a bath with jets!

People at the desk were very nice and helpful. We stayed in room 204 which was very dated. Peeling wallpaper, water stayed pooled on the floor outside shower. Took us 15 minutes to walk from station. Not many restaurants around. All and all just okay. Clean safe quiet. Bed was not very comfortable.

I stayed for 3 nights at Hotel Panama. It’s just out of the busy centre of Florence but far enough to be away from the noise and hustle and bustle of Florence. It’s a good 15-20min walk from the main train station. There are good bus links nearby but I walked everywhere so that I could see more of Florence. It’s not great for nearby restaurants so I suggest eat in town before heading back to the hotel for bed. Honestly though, if you’re like me and don’t mind a 20min walk to most places, then this hotel is in a good place.
The hotel and room was clean and basic, but honestly it was just a base for me to sleep. If you’re out and about most of the day then it’s perfectly fine. The breakfast was disappointing for selection and very few. And you could homely have 1 coffee. Other then that it was good.

Booked a non smoking room but room stank of smoke. Went to the front desk to complain they said about spraying and opening window, which we did. Even after leaving window open all afternoon and evening until we got back did not help the smell. Could not change room, so had to stay in room was given. Would not recommend rooms for staying presentation in reception clean and tidy just did not get what paid for. Very disappointed with service and accommodation will not waste money and stay here again. I am even putting a complaint in with ******* to get this resolved due to miss selling of room type/condition.
