A very warm welcome, a good sized ensuite room, reasonable price, and a comfortable bed. Very handily situated for the tram which was only 4 stops from SMN station in the city centre. The whole place was very clean, with lovely design touches everywhere, and there was even a Sky feed with multilingual facility enabling you to keep up with the news, films/TV series in the original language, while getting ready or returning from exploring the city.

Property did not have amenities advertised such as the gym, spa, or air conditioning. The staff gave excuses why they didn’t have. Like, there’s a gym 2 miles away, we can call someone to give a massage, or the AC doesn’t work due to top secret agreements with B&Bs in the area before June to save them money. No no. If you advertise it and I buy it, you need to provide it or refund the money you took by false advertising.

Calm and nice location, near the tramway. Very clean. Many useful exchanges before we arrived and very welcome. The touristic indications they give us were very useful, especially for the public transport use. There is a nice pizzeria just 20m near the Relais, and it's very recomandable.

The people are exceptionally helpful and kind. Breakfast is beautiful. The hotel is well situated (the tramway is close) for visits What I did not like was - to have to pay extra money on top of the Vivabox payment for a noisy room. - the noise was from the street ( you could hear every single vehicle passing ) - the noise was from inside too (doors being opened and closed).

I spent four days at the hotel with my mom and it was great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are not only doing their job, but they always had a few nice words to the guests. Our room was clean and comfy. The breakfast was also good and enough. It was easy to reach the city center and the railway station with a tram (ca. 10 min.). I recommend this hotel to everyone, who want to spend some time in the city but in a quiet place.

Abbiamo prenotato con un wonderbox....partendo dal presupposto che non credo sia giusto chiedere anche 70 euro a notte se hai un assegno regalo, non siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti ma principalmente dalla camera....un po datata, non molto pulita, decisamente da riverniciare, molto piccola, e da sistemare le zanzariere (ogni notte caccia alla zanzara) . Abbiamo intravisto altre camere decisamente migliori e comunque guardando sul sito la nostra non coincideva con le foto quindi presuppongo abbiano molto più potenziale ma ne tengano un paio meno curate per i clienti smartbox o wonderbox...peccato, perché questo va da sé che mi porta a fare una recensione non del tutto positiva...anche se in realtà il propietario (penso) cosi come il personale, è stato super gentile e disponibile, colazione buona per essere un b&b e anche la posizione vicinissima al tram che a 5 minuti ti porta al centro è super comoda..

Avevo ricevuto in regalo una Wonderbox. Mi era stata mandata una mail con le istruzioni relative al check-in, check-out, tassa di soggiorno e altre informazioni. Per quanto riguarda la tassa di soggiorno, nella mail era indicata la tariffa di 5,50€ a persona a notte. Nel momento del check-out, oltre agli 11€ relativi a una notte (2 persone) c’è stato richiesto di pagarne altri 25€ a persona a notte, senza spiegazioni. Il giorno dell’arrivo ci era stato solo detto di pagare la tassa di soggiorno pari a 11€. Mentre la mattina del check-out abbiamo dovuto sborsare altri 50€. Abbiamo avuto l’impressione di essere stati presi in giro.

Habitación muy silenciosa aún con ventanas a la calle, cama doble de grandes dimensiones, un tramo de escaleras para llegar desde la entrada, otro tramo de escaleras para abajo para recepción y comedor de desayuno, bueno y variado buffet de desayuno.
