酒店較火車站很近，但是周邊環境一般； 這個酒店是民宿，必須在下午07:00前入住.在上午在09:00後退房.若是晚於07:00到，非常不方便，必須Google地圖搜尋酒店電話，遠程獲得大門開鎖密碼，然後才能計入酒店房間.Ctrip不沒有提供酒店的聯繫電話，也沒有把入住客人的電話以及郵箱發給酒店，導致酒店沒法直接聯繫到住客。晚到後Ctrip衹會郵件通知説要告知進入大門方式，但是不告知如何操作以及開門密碼等。總是非常糟心的挺嚴。您花了幾十元的國際長途才能進入酒店入住。

The building has charm but our apartment (Giotto on the third floor) needed some investment to come up to standard. We had a pleasant stay overall, but the property was let down by a lack of general maintenance. A bit of a disappointment for us.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay. The location was ideal and to find. On a small side street just a 10 min walk from the main train station and within 15 mins of some of the main tourist attractions. We were greeted by Alex who very welcoming and friendly and took the time to give us plenty of local tips and information. We visited a number of the restaurants and bars he suggested and some beautiful historic sites. Or room was lovely and the bed super comfy. Although there is no breakfast on offer, a lovely coffee machine and some basic breakfast snacks are provided in the room. There was a fairly noisy family staying in the room above us which disturbed us a couple of times but not enough to complain about. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Comfortable guest room. Located 5 minutes from Termini station and the metro. Flat and walkable for older folks.Many restaurants and good shopping nearby. The hosts are the best. Helping you to feel comfortable, and giving suggestions. Italy and its people are wonderful friendly and welcoming to a non Italian. Great vacation here.

I liked this place it was clean with all the necessary amenities. I personally didn’t like the vibe and it was not the picture that was described it was very renaissance Catholic Church vibes it even smelt like a church, the room was mustard yellow with creepy art, the bed was very thin, you could feel the springs but our overall experience was great. It was good for an overnight stay and the price you can’t beat. Loved the blackout wooden doors that helped us sleep in and they were also very nice about us checking out an hour late and holding our luggage. Like I said I can’t complain about our stay just the decor and wall color/style wasn’t my favorite but the stay for the price was amazing.

The apartment was nice but the service was pretty poor. We arrived at 3.30pm, the room was supposed to be ready at 3pm but it wasn’t actually ready until 4pm. The person on reception called Alex did not manage the situation well, he was kind of rude about it when he should have been a little apologetic. We had travelled to Florence by train from lake Garda with 2 young children, we changed train 3 times, we were hot, we had carried our bags from the station, we just wanted to get into our room. They forgot to put towels in, the door was tricky to open, the power kept cutting out so we were advised to turn off our AC if we wanted to use the kettle etc. I get it, it’s an old building, if it hadn’t been for the initial check in it may have been charming instead of annoying. The apartment was clean, it was in a good location, had great facilities and good sized rooms.

We chose to stay here because they offered a room with a bathtub and it was relatively close to the rail station. In January, the room was a little chilly. The windows were too high up to see anything outside. I think this ground floor room was a little overpriced for what we got, but it was still a wonderful place to spend a couple of nights. As a person with asthma, I noticed the room had not been dusted in months/years?

This is a surprisingly pleasant hotel. Affordable and just a 5 to 8 min walk from the train station. The room is spacious and clean with a lovely decor, a breakfast area and a really modern toilet. Hospitality is superb as the reception was warm and helpful. Giving us tips on where to visit. There may not be any breakfast but they provided a simple spread of biscuits, cakes and jam as well as tea bags and coffee.

My only objection was that we were in the room directly across from the office and in the evening a couple of men in the office were having a very loud conversation (not an argument) for quite a while. It sounded like they were in our room! All they needed to do was use their "inside voices". Once the office closed at 7PM, no problems. Mark
